T-Mobile

I popped in today for the 'T-Mobile Tuesday' surprise and had a couple questions about my account and possibly upgrading - perfect timing for that. This was my first time at this location, but I have to say if this is a representation of T-Mobile as a company then I'm happy to give them my business.
I'm a big T-Mobile fan as it is. I had 15 years of service with MetroPCS AKA Metro by T-Mobile and somehow got talked into trying out Verizon... Talk about a nightmare. I'm just happy that it's over with and that is in large part with an epic-size "Thank You" to T-Mobile and their contract/ device buyout.
Based on the level of customer service I've received from their help desk and now in -store it really does feel good to be home.
My trip went smoothly, even with 15 people starting out the gate and trying to be first in line as the doors unlocked for the in-app countdown to collect the prized 'T-Mobile Tuesday' Portable Selfie Light. The staff handled everything quick and simple. The girl who helped me with my questions needs major props too for her multitasking skills and overall internal ability to keep calm and remain patient.
I've been in that situation before in retail and it can be nerve-wracking when you have lines of people all wanting your attention and service at once.
She handled everything like a pro. She navigated through my plan information and answered all of my questions while still helping hand out the swag in between the screen refreshes. And on top of her level of efficiency, she delivered it all with a smile and a genuine positive and helpful attitude.
I have to say I'm impressed because I don't think I would have been able to even show that kind of level of support in her situation.
That said, T-Mobile goes to the top of my list once again for mobile carriers and this location is now my official home-base location. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else. Thank you T-Mobile and keep up the good work!

T mobile at park side mall is very good they try to fix my phone that only work for one day rhet could not so what they did was find a phone for me and it was free no activation charge did not have to nothing down and they took the broken phone in trade and gave 65dillars for it and they gave a case and charger with it I was very happy for what they did for me I recommend anyone to go there and they will treat you fairly I have no complaints with them I am going to get my girlfriend a phone from them also

I needed a SIM card for my tablet and T-Mobile fixxed me up. I'm so happy with the service I decided to switch to their
internet.

Rae is wonderful and extremely helpful. I upgraded my phone with a promotion for a free phone. When the first bill came I discovered I was charged for the phone. I went back to the store and Rae took the time to research to find the problem and diligently worked to resolve it. It took days but she persisted. She was so kind and patient throughout the process and kept her word to follow up. She is an asset to TMobile. Thank you, Rae!

Listen. Sean Freeman is a great mobile expert. I came in to buy a new iPhone and switch my phone service from Metro. Metro was giving him a hard time porting the number but he never gave up. Endless googling of policies, staying on hold for long periods of time and on top of that he was very knowledgeable on all the equipment and the services. Kudos to him. Great asset to the company.

Joshua was super helpful with upgrading my phone! The staff is super friendly and make it a welcoming environment!

I cannot say enough about the service my husband and I received from Kristi Wright on April 12, 2022. The store was extremely busy with a waiting line. Kristi was such a leader in handling the crowd professionally and efficiently. She was able to multi task assisting other associates and always maintaining a calm, pleasant demeanor. Kristi was knowledgeable and able to educate us on our phone needs. We left so happy with the maintenance done on our phone and knowledge we left with. We will be upgrading soon and will definitely be retuning to only Kristi. Other stores have left me very disappointed with the feeling I was just a sale to be had. Kristi knows customer service!!! Thank you Kristi!!!!

Had them pleasure of being helped by Victor. Top notch service. Walked through all the in and outs of different promotions and plan options. Switched from another carrier and was able to keep my number and add additional lines. The process was both enjoyable and stress free. I would certainly ask for Victor if your in this location. Stellar service. Great job y’all.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Ari helped me out and he stayed with me as long as it took and helped me out the most he could. He was very professional and sweet and got me an amazing deal. 10/10!

Kristi was our customer service girl and she stuck with us until it was fixed. The guy we went to last night sent us out the door with instructions on how to set up a new phone at home. Kristi was enjoyable to speak with, knew what she was doing and took the time to explain what was going on. I will definately be asking for her next time!

Every time I have a problem with my phone
T-Mobile store to the rescue...ahahahahah

I always have a really good experience at this t-mobile. Most of the times i go is full but that really don’t matter because they always have so many people working and that’s what i like the most. Other t-mobile’s only have like two people working but this one always have a lot of people there to help you.

The young man that help my husband my granddaughter's phone was very helpful

My boyfriend and I had the best experience here! Taylor assisted us by adding me to the account and taking me off my at&t account. He helped us select two new phones and gave us details on offers. Not only that he helped us back up our devices and gave options for other apps to download that would benefit us. I can’t express how thankful we are to Taylor. He is genuinely a nice guy and clearly excels at customer service.

Always have a great experience when visiting this store. Location perfect. The store is clean. The staff is friendly. Worked with Jon recently and his knowledge, service, and ease of transaction far surpassed others I have worked with in the past. Way to go T-Mobile. You have a customer for life!

Great friendly customer service by Taylor. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I was stressed about getting a new phone and he made the process calm and easy.

Stopped in to this location for the first time to ask what current iPhone 11 promotion was. Rafael greeted me and the deal sounded great. Came back with my wife this evening and Gennaro took us as his guests to do the transaction. He was excellent. Professional. Fun. And very patient. We had a couple things he had to deal with for us. I wanted two lines on one phone and my wife hadn’t updated her phone in a while. So while enduring that and going past closing time he never gave the impression of annoyance. Really great experience and great product. Thank you!
