Very large store (for a Gamestop). Well organized and clean. Employees were friendly and they had my pickup order waiting for me. They also are the first place that actually had PS5 systems on display and available (plus no bundles were required).

I ordered online and received an email order is ready. Arrived and an employee waited on me promptly received order in less than 2 min on Christmas Eve. Fabulous customer service.

This is the best GameStop I’ve ever been to. Juan & Jade are always SO SO nice and very attentive. They’re the best! The store is big so there’s always good selections!

Great selection of action figures. Staff is always courteous and nice and don't force themselves on you like the Gamestop employees I've met at the mall.

I did some trade ins and purchased a game and paid for a preorder coming out soon, hands down some of the best customer service, Manuel who was helping me was very helpful and made sure I knew everything going on during the trade in process and helped me get the games I was looking for. This is my favorite gamestop location in the pinellas area. Large selection of merch, the best stock of games I've managed to find amongst the locations, and the most helpful staff.

They have a good selection of products across all consoles as well as PC peripherals of multiple brands and appearances. They have many games both new and used for those of us looking for the best prices.

I came in to process a return for a hori splitpad for switch one day after trying it for a couple days and not liking it. They processed the return with my receipt with no questions asked aside from one: "What didn't you like about it? So I can know when I talk to customers about it in the future." Beautiful mindset coming from the employee who helped me.

Amazing. Wish I had caught the guys name working around 5 pm he was very informative and really helped me and my son out. Reminded me how much I love monster hunter and my son has a new favorite game

Great customer service from Brianna (pretty sure that was her name), who was able to help us figure out why a piece of our equipment wasn't working and offered a viable solution. We didn't have the receipt for a very expensive item we did not need and wanted to trade in, but she was able to pull up the purchase on our reward card and allowed us to trade for the right piece of equipment, pay for a warranty on it, get a game for my son, and he walked out with a little change in his pocket for the difference between. Was very satisfied with this experience.

The employees were kind, helpful, and polite. There was barely a line, and they had a great selection of games, consoles, and merchandise!

This Gamestop has always been so helpful! My husband and I have a pro series 2 controller and have the warranty. They have always been so good at honoring that warranty. They go out of their way to order it if it's not in stock and have been amazing with keeping me updated. Called today for a warranty exchange and they had it in stock. I'm so tthankful! They've done an amazing job at being there and helpful. 100%

Great staff. I called in for a wonder woman statue and the were out but the young lady on the phone was beyond helpful. She found 3 locations that had the item and provided me the sku number which worked perfectly when reaching out the other store. She saved me sooooo much time. I wish I would have remembered her name ... she is an asset!!

The associates here are very helpful and really know their stuff when it comes to release date and preorder information. Clean and well laid out location with a good variety of games, memorabilia, and Funko Pop collectables. The associates offer you all the service offerings they're required to in a way that doesn't feel pushy.

Say what you will about the company itself, but this GameStop has a great design and very helpful employees. I have yet to go here and not meet someone who was willing to be helpful and answer questions. One time, this employee went through the whole store and back stock to help me find a toy for my class treasure box. Definitely did not have to do that and could have just told me to look harder- but he didn't. I bought a couple games from here. They have a decent stock of used games for good prices as well as controllers, new and used consoles, and all sorts of toys and accessories.
