After Hurricane Ian, I watched several people in my neighborhood get new roofs. I was most impressed with the jobs done by Mark Kaufman. Based on that experience and their favorable bid on my job, I went with them when it was time for my own roof replacement. They were prompt and cleaned up the job site every day. Oz kept me informed every step of the way. If I needed to call the office, everyone I spoke to was helpful and communicated very well.

Recently had my roof done, service was great from start to finish. No complaints. Project manager did a good job communicating and the working crew was professional and efficient.

It was along time coming, do to insurance company, but Mark Kaufman roofing did a wonderful job replacing our shingle roof and gutters. I highly recommend the company.

Contacted several roofing companies but Mark Kaufman Roofing was the only company willing to work with us on pricing. Dave Young's team came out to remove the old tile and did an amazing job. They were all very professional and friendly. Clean up was impressive and they were very cautious of leaving any materials on the ground for my pets. Great job!!!! My roof was damaged by hurricane Ian. Here some 20 months afterward, another contractor had only made matters worse.

I was extremely impressed with David Dennis, my Project Manager. He introduced himself to me rIght away and let me know when to expect the job to be completed before the tile segment begins. He was responsive to all of our questions and concerns and we felt at ease with him and his team immediately. Most of all, he and another supervisor, sometimes 2 other supervisors, were on the roof with a team of 5 others, overseeing the work. We would see David meeting on the roof with the 5 roofers when there was something to figure out or troubleshoot, or explain how to proceed with. This was a tough, tough job - 5 stars to everyone!

David is truly a leader that I respect for having exceptional roofing knowledge , skills, and abilities and modeling them to the crew. This, combined with caring for the customer, make Mark Kaufman Roofing the go to company! I would not hire anyone else for my roofing needs!

We went from a tile roof to a shignle roof. They ensured a seamless transition. Brandon and his crew were on time, courteous, receptive and clean. Brandon himself got on the roof to address a small problem and resolved it quickly. MK Roofing kept me informed every step of the process. Highly reccomend.

They gave me a quote that was detailed and specific about what exactly roofing materials proposed to be used and what exact work they would do for that price. Good, fair price! Hard to get a quote that specific these days (other companies said they give standard quotes that insurance companies understand, without specifics on materials. I want to know what exactly I’m getting, not what the insurance company accepts as bid). They came on the scheduled date, no BS, explained the job they were about to do. Weather called for spotty showers, so they explained they would strip the roof a section at a time in case of down pour. Weather didn’t happen so roof was stripped shortly after lunch. Under new underlay before end of day 1. Crew seemed very experienced, no trouble at all. Day 2 had same weather concerns, but the crew got right on laying new shingles. Had everything covered in a few hours. Crew took lunch. They finished off all the detail and finishing work, ridge vent. Started cleaning up. Everything picked up and clean by mid afternoon. Job done very well! Project manager explained permit inspection which City did a couple days later. No problems. Found some very minor left over trashed nails in yard a couple days after, but I don’t fault crew for missing them. I watched them clean up, so they I know they tried to do their best at that. Nothing to really complain about - but if that was only issue, I’ll take it! They did a great job! I’m happy.

Mark Kaufman’s crew did an awesome job just recently replacing our roof. From the beginning signing contract with William and then Jonathan & TJ’s crews, they worked diligently, neatly and did a great job. Even the town inspector praised Kaufman roofing. I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough about my entire positive experience beginning with the sales rep William, the tear off crew headed by Dave and Kevin, the tile crew headed by Osmani (Oz), and the final follow-up again by William to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The courtesy and help that I received from the office staff was outstanding. Once the tiles were available from the manufacturer, Josh managed the install scheduling like clockwork. The end result is a product that shows the professional pride that is Mark Kaufman Roofing. There is no question who I will call and refer others for all roofing needs. I know that I made the right choice.

Our roof was finished yesterday. It looks amazing! From Amanda our salesperson, Dave and his tear down crew and TJ and his expert installation crew, we had a terrific experience. So far way beyond so good, they are excellent! David Dennis, Luis and their team just completed the tear off of out tile roof. They were a true pleasure to work with, The team was very professional, arrived on time. worked constantly, hard and kept the site as reasonability clean as possible during the removal. When the tear off was complete the site cleanup was wonderful. So far, I would highly recommend Mark Kaufman Roofing.

We have only lived in our house15 months and found it needed a new roof. So, the expense was a real downer. We interviewed several companies and the salesman at Mark Kaufman kindly convinced us they would do the best job. Robbie and his crew did not let us down. They were excellent. It rained the day we scheduled so they had to begin the day before the long Christmas weekend. That evening, they tidied up their equipment perfectly including hiding several things behind some bushes. I was very pleased. They resumed and did a wonderful job. We would be happy to give them good references if requested by any prospective customers.
