CMM Roofing

CMM roofing replaced our roofs as a result of Ian. We replaced with metal 24 gauge 1.5” standing seam as we had prior to Ian. We were so well pleased with job that we had CMM Services install our drywall and insulation too. See photo of one of our buildings.

We were very happy to hire CMM to install a new roof after Hurricane Ian in November 2022. It was during a time that roofers were in very high demand and we were delighted to be able to make arrangements with CMM from afar! They made it easy for us by providing all the needed information and they were responsive whenever we had questions. When we arrived in Florida they were ready to go. We were pleased to have CMM handling this job for us. We were happy with the professional staff and the good job done in the promised timeline.

Very shortly after Hurricane Ian, I contacted CMM Roofing. They tarpped my roof within a few days and installed a new roof within a few weeks. The documentation was very clear. The payment expectations were outlined clearly. The clean up job was great. The paper work associated to the job was sent immediately.

CMM roofing showed up on time on the day agreed upon. They replaced my roof within several days and they did a good job. They returned within a week and removed all debris and excess materials.
I had a few minor issues as might be expected which they resolved in a timely manner. This is all that you can ask for as a customer.
They have responded to my requests and questions in a timely manner.
The reroof job was completed a little over a month ago and to this point I am very satisfied.

Professional, you didn’t tell me I needed a new roof on the inspection, you did respond promptly after the hurricane, you honoured the price quote on file. Remediation repairs were done promptly and prevented further damage. As we were out of town you took control of the situation.

As well as installing a new shingle roof after Ian , CMM crews also performed drywall repairs in our home.
We are very happy with their workmanship , being on time and the final bill coming in as per their quote .

Janna and Mike were very understanding of my needs. They came to my home one day after I had called and placed a tarp over the leaking section of my roof. Within a few days they came back gave me a very reasonable estimate and gave me so many choices of architectural shingles to choose from. Also included was a free wind mitigation report done by an independent company. About two weeks later the tear down started and was completed in three days. The workers and site manager were very professional. They installed all new vent caps and drip edges that look better than the original construction. I would very highly recommend CMM Roofing if you need a simple repair or a new roof. It’s hard to find a dependable roofing company that shows up when they say they will and work with you 100%.

The product and price were excellent. More important, he stood behind his word and service when one of the emergency crews made a mistake resulting in considerable ceiling damage. He saw to the complete restoration of the damage from drywall, painting and to the replacement of the insulation, and reimbursed us any of our personal costs incurred from the mistake. We are very happy with our new roof. They did a very good job removing the old roof and installing the new one. The ladies in the office were wonderful.

CMM did a great job of repairing and re-roofing my house and guest house this summer. When material availability was tight, Richelle at CMM kept me updated on the situation. Both roofs have now survived hurricane Ian and show no signs of damage.

We can't recommend CMM Roofing more highly!! Mike and Jana Hamilton responded immediately to our request for an estimate, explained the whole process in detail, and helped select a color. Only a little over a week later, their crew was here doing the installation, including an unanticipated repair for safety reasons, which didn't affect the estimate. They gave us the best price of three that we'd requested, and everyone from Mike Welz, the crew coordinator, to Luis, the foreman, and all his crew, not to mention Bill and Deanna Ransom of Tweety Bird dumpsters, was totally professional and thorough in the work they did.
From financing to permits to cleanup, CMM is totally true to their slogan--"Relax, we've got you covered!"
