Drop/hook. Very nice place. Friendly staff. Easier, if turning right off Telfair, to use 3rd driveway. Cycle up driver door has a sign on the right end of building. I was in and out in 20 minutes and a day early for pickup. 20 stars ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

The front desk ladies Shirley an Carolyn are so professional and nice. I have been coming here for 3yrs now and they have improved tremendously. You can arrive early for your appointments and they will load you early.

I don’t about other driver reviews but to be honest I got there by 11:15am for 2pm appointment. Checked in put me on door was out by 12:30pm. Just have to drop ur trailer at dock and wait for there call. 5 stars.

Heading from Jacksonville FL to Cycle Up Logistics right outside of my home town of Savannah, was really nice to see all of the different changes since my childhood. Had a little bit of a wait but overall not bad.

It's a new facility it's not that much busy currently you can park Overnight for truck.

Read the reviews and thought “great it’s going to be one of those days” put on my best smile and best attitude and… it was a great day, check in was easy, the lady that checked me in was pleasant, there is a guy guiding where to park and he was very nice as well. It didn’t take long for them to get me a door, and they loaded pretty fast. Just be mindful where you park to go check in or check out, it’s one trailer out another in at the same dock, it’s tight not much room. They have restroom.

Not bad they took me an hour before appt and got a box of free snacks. Checked in got dock right after.
Instead of making a right turn from telfair into this facility it’s much easier to go down to next entrance it’s the same exact building just drive down.
