Seaspray Inn and Beach Resort

We stayed in a newly, renovated room with ocean view. Great room. King bed was Awesome! Ate at the restaurant, great food, wonderful view and very friendly staff! The Tiki Bar has the best bartender, Kelly. Ask for her Double D rum drink! You wont regret it! Met the owners as they are very proactive and very friendly. Clean rooms, great restaurant, easy accessibility to the beach, pool, bar, live band....great for a romantic getaway or family escape. Love the atmosphere...you will not be disappointed. The owners are a class act! Thank you all for making our weekend a wonderful getaway!!! We will be back!

I was pleasantly surprised and happy with my experience especially after reading other reviews...but it was within the budget I wanted to pay and the room had direct access to pool for kids the beach was a 2 minute walk directly behind hotel there is a playground right behind hotel and the room was spacious and clean enough to suit our purposes which was to take the kids for a one night short beach staycation. Its not the level and quality of a well known hotel but it was just fine especially if you plan on spending a good portion of time outdoors at the beach. We had zero problems with our air conditioning the room also had an additional fan. The pool deck has a bar and live music on Saturday...its just a laid back non pretentious no frills place...I would come back.

My first stay and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was very accommodating, the room was bigger than most, including 2 balconies, very clean and comfortable. The roof top restaurant offered outside and inside dining with great view of the Atlantic Ocean. The dinner menu was very diversified with steaks, fish and pasta . I had the 7oz filet to die for at dinner and French toast for breakfast. Whether you're staying at this hotel or want to enjoy a romantic rooftop dinner. This could very well be a best kept secret....its a hidden jewel. Congratulations to hotel staff and the Chef. I will be back......you should check this place for your self.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Our room was very clean, the location was great and we had easy access to the beach! Jennifer at the front desk was friendly and very accommodating as was one of the owners, Rick. If in Singer Island, this is the place to stay!!

Update: Sadly, one of the owners passed away and the other ended up selling it. I don't know who currently owns this. Below is my original review from two years ago.
Original: I did not stay the night, but I did attend a community event where I spent some time talking with owners. What I can currently say about the hotel is this: the owners are amazing people, the location is perfect as it's right near the beach and just down the road from the Ocean Mall, the residents that live in the area and the local law enforcement I spoke with are very friendly. I don't live in their community, I was invited because my son attends elementary school with someone who lives there. My wife and I are definitely planning to do a staycation by booking a room at the Seaspray.

Love this Resort !!! They have the best front desk staff, great bartenders and everyone is friendly! Love how they are right out the back door to the beach. The tiki bar and pool is awesome love enjoying my weekends here! They have LIVE MUSIC every weekend and have entertainment all week long :)) rooms are cleans and the hotel smells amazing

Great food and great service with personal touch to it. Ruben, the server was very pleasant and ready to serve with enthusiasm. Great view of ocean from top of spray restaurant (roof top). 2 minutes walk to the beach. On the way from beach to the hotel I stopped at Tikki bar and Kelly made the best pinacloda. The hotel room was clean, spacious with comfortable bedding. The hotel staff goes above and beyond to make guest's experience extra ordinary. I will be coming back to Seaspray again and again.

We stayed at the SeaSpray from November 30th until Dec 3rd 2016 and had a wonderful family experience. The hotel owner is onsite and was a great help to the two of us offering his local expertise. The room was very large with a bar fridge and microwave plus we had an ocean view from our balcony! The bar staff was awesome, happy hour is a fun time to mingle with the locals :) We are hoping to come back very soon and visit with our new friends & "family" :) I would highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing view and excellent food. Lobster Benedict is best I've ever had. The place is run down and not very upscale, but the great quality food makes up for all its shortcoming. I will definitely return.

Love this place... staff is amazing... room is clean and spacious... The private beach was awesome...The pool was unique in that it goes down to 8ft... The bed was so comfortable...Made my Birthday very special... can't wait to come back...

Did not stay at hotel but I walked down and had breakfast at the top of the spray (restaraunt on top of hotel). It was great. Good view, friendly staff.i had eggs Benedict and pancakes which were very good. Definately recommend for breakfast.

My family and I loved it! Rooms were clean and spacious, nice pool and perfect location. Nice clean Beach and only a few steps away. Great for families! Great price!

True old Florida experience. NOT the Hilton ( a couple down the street) but a third the price with pool side bar, snacks and daily musical entertainment. Just redecorated the rooms. Family owned.

This place is really nice, not real fancy but clean and comfortable, everything worked, at the beach, about a 2 minute walk to the water, rooftop bar and grill, got back late so didn't try the food, wish we could have stayed a few days, would stay again

The restaurant is lovely. Our breakfast of Eggs Benedict and an omelet was perfect. Fresh, hot, tasty. The fresh fruit cup also delicious.

I am now 61 yrs old. My family started coming to the hotel when i was 5 yrs old for my fathers job. It ws great then and then about 15yrs ago my husband and i came back and it was still wonderful!!!!!Cant wait to come back someday!!!!

The staff is personable and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The only negative was that breakfast did not start until 8 and we had to be be out of the hotel prior to that.

Had a lovely dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Nice ambience, good food and service. The drinks are watered down, though.
