You never have to wait over 10-15 minutes to be called to see the doctor. Doctor Rauch is very caring and always tries to take care of my health one step at a time. The staff is always friendly.

Thus office was the most amazing and quickest Dr Appointment I have ever exspierenced. Staff was absolutely awesome with there care and service and sooo polite.
I was in and out within 45 minutes. Positive vibes from entire staff. Loved it

Excellent Drs. I enthusiastically recommend Dr Powell. I am being treated for prostate cancer and have found Dr Powell’s treatment approach to be candid & straight forward. He readily answers questions and is willing to consider alternatives in addressing treatment plans.

I can not say enough good things about this group! They are truly the absolute BEST group of doctors I have had. Dr Powell coming after hours on a Friday night to perform surgery. The front desk team working me in as a new patient quickly. Lindsay is super efficient and she is so genuine. Dr Rauch ensuring my care and keeping Dr. Powell informed. Lindsay getting Dr Powell to add me in as an add on for another surgery the very next day. I love these people. I would recommend them for the BEST medical practice team by far!! Very pleased with Dr. POWELL. He explained things to us so well. And he even told us that if any point he says something we don't understand to stop him and he would give more details. He was patient with us as we asked questions and answered them with detail. The staff was friendly and we had a very short wait in the waiting room and the exam room.

Want to add that the red headed girl at reception was very professional. But still managed to laugh at my silliness. I like her. Dr Powell makes me feel like I'm in the safe hands of a good friend or someone I served in the military with in bad times. Got your back to Doc.

Great environment! Very compassionate people. They actually listen to your issues and very empathetic. I appreciate them and Dr. Rauch is an awesome Urologist! Straight to the point and he actually cares! I visited another office before deciding to go with West Georgia Urology and I am so glad I made the decision to stick with them. Both locations has great staff!

My visit to Dr Cullison is top notch. He is friendly and cares about his patients. The staff from time you walk in to the exam room everyone is friendly. Best practice around.

My experience with this office as a whole was outstanding and specifically with Dr. Rauch and his staff were superb. Dr. Rauch presents a comfortable environment and a very easy-going dialogue back and forth. Answering all of my concerns as well as his recommendations.

I have been under the care of four different urologists in the past few years. Dr. James Cullison is my current specialist. Although my condition has proven elusive and is perhaps incurable, Dr. Cullison has helped me deal with the condition. He has been supportive and empathetic, definitely the best of the four doctors I have seen.

Great group of Professionals! I have always used them through the years...once I didn't have insurance and they worked with me! The best Dr.'s and Nurses there is!!! Though my experience up to this point has been with DJ and Dr. McLaughlin and Dr. Cullison and Julie, I really trust them and will keep on recommending them to people!

I had to see a urologist for some kidney stones I have the staff was very nice as I entered , also there was no wait . Dr Powell and his assistant Candace were great . Polite and professional I feel confident with the care I received. I would highly recommend !!
