Marriott's Oceana Palms

This place is GORGEOUS! The rooms are very clean and make you feel at home. We have stayed in the 2 bedroom a few times and it's always the same...clean and beautiful. I love the bathroom in the master bedroom. The pools are nice and you can walk right out to the beach. The location is perfect. While I don't plan on getting locked into a timeshare, this location alone always makes it a little harder to say no! 😊

The best of everything in one place. This hotel has a great beach location, kind staff, awesome events, wonderful rooms with balconies and space for a family stay. Any sunrise here is going to be worth seeing.

Beautiful resort like hotel. We were provided the weekly activities schedule which had something for all age groups. Staff were very helpful and pleasant even when patrons were rude. I loved the fact that the on site restaurant and marketplace staff paid attention to details and I felt like I had been visiting the resort for many years. The room was spacious and well equipped for our week long stay. The views from our room were amazing.
I enjoyed the pool and surrounding area however would like it if pool were a little larger. Direct access to the beach which was amazing!
I plan to return again in the future!

We've been to quite a few Marriott properties over the years. This was one of our favorites. There was a really good set of daily activities for all ages, the poolside live music most days was very enjoyable. The staff throughout the resort was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice, with comfortable beds and a nice common area with a well appointed kitchen. Was always easy to catch an elevator. Would love to come back one day!

I had read over some of the reviews about the food. I have to say I disagree. The food was excellent for bar food. Cheeseburgers were so good. Onion rings delicious and the shrimp bowl was sneaky good and a huge surprise.

Drinks were not consistent. Some bartenders better than others. The drinks should all be the same.

Rooms need to be updated, doors to rooms had peeling paint. We were on the 18th floor and had the best view ocean and bay. The rooms are huge kitchen had everything you could possibly think of. Living room was also a nice size. Rooms all very clean.

I was concerned with this location having kids. And I was on vacation and I don’t want to be around kids. The kids were all so behaved and busy doing activities offered by the hotel. I honestly kept forgetting That I wasn’t at an adults only.
The staff was wonderful and very helpful at checkin. For the beach they set everything up for you chairs etc. There is an extra charge for umbrellas.

This vacation club was top notch and literally perfect for everyone. Couples, singles and families. Honestly I think this is the first resort I have ever stayed at that they offered over the top activities for everyone. The vibe is also super chill.

We had an INCREDIBLE stay at the Marriott Oceana Palms. The room was very clean and stylish and the view was stunning. Loved the balcony and ocean front view. The pool and pool deck is great and the private beach is lovely. I especially want to give a shout out to Niles, the front desk manager. Niles was the BEST and made our stay exceptional, he remembered our names/said hi every morning. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will return and can't wait to see Niles again.

This is a really nice hotel. Has a full kitchen and living room. The master bath has a huge walk in shower. All of the staff have been super helpful and accommodating! I love that it is super quiet and that it has a big coffee pot that is programmable!
I will definitely be back to the Palms.

A very relaxing place to stay. The place is well kept. The pools are nice. The only problem is people put some stuff on chairs in the morning , All day long even if they are not there you can't use the chairs especially the ones next to the umbrella's. Other places we stayed at the pool guys would remove people's stuff and give others the chair to lay in. This place does nothing to fix this problem.

We had a great experience at this hotel/resort! The service was excellent and the views from the rooms were amazing. Beautiful blue water as far as they eye can see.

I appreciate that they didn't oversell or pack as many rooms as possible; leaving plenty of space for families and small groups of all ages to have fun.

Plenty of organized events for those looking for them. You're a little far from entertainment areas, but that's fine if you're looking for a quiet beach and resort to mellow out. Definitely not a party resort in the slightest and most local bars are closed by 11 PM.

I'd definitely come back here if I was in the West Palm Beach area. Thanks again for a great time!

Great place to stay if you want to stay at beach or pool all day every day. Not close to any real shopping or attractions. In other words, great low key place to stay. Rooms are awesome. Service is awesome

Great place to stay. We stayed on the 20th floor room 1206 with a beautiful ocean view. The room was clean and had everything we needed. This location has lots of things to keep you and your family busy. From the pool, to put put golf, to table games, and lots more. The food was okay. The parking is a little tight for big vehicles, but doable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great experience and plenty of fun.

We found this Marriott to be one of the better ones to stay at.

Two pools - one for kids and another for adults and those that want to swim laps.

Usual activities and hotel amenities you would expect to find with a washer and dryer located within the room.

Parking is on location and shares the elevator with the rooms so it is convenient to bring your luggage in and out.

Love this property. The staff are about the friendliest around. Love the daytime midweek marketplace employee. Very personable. Rudy and Steven were exceptionally helpful getting us to our beach chairs with additional help. We had a great experience, highly recommend!

Room was nice and spacious. Location was great-right out the back to the beach. The food here is not good - tasteless. You need to cook or go out to eat. They need a better restaurant and food choices. No gift shop or store. Very limited selections and pricey. The breeze on the patio and location are the best ☺

I really liked it here. Little activities every day to get to know the people in the place and they often served free drinks and / or food at them.
The whole place is super photogenic and every place had good lighting etc. it’s right on the beach. You can drink at the pools. Two of the pools seemed to be handicap accessible as well.
They regularly had games at the pool where you could win stuff and maybe we were lucky but we actually kept winning them so it seems like they’re pretty easy for people to win if they participate and try. Our party of 5 won bingo twice and some other games as well. They’re simple prizes but fun to win (a t shirt, free drink coupons, wine, a water proof phone case, a Fanny pack, a hat are all prizes we won)
The bar downstairs was fine. Happy hour was meh but the breakfast wraps downstairs with like the hash browns in them and stuff? SO good. We got one almost every morning.
A full gym with like pelotons that you can sign into your account from so you don’t lose your streak, treadmills, various other equipment and a water bottle refill station

It seemed to be a large amount of people over 50+ and a minimal amount of kids which I actually liked a lot. There was a kids area for them as well which may have made it so they aren’t like running around unattended.
We “didn’t get a room with a view” but in my opinion, it was better. We had both a view of the water and the city and the bridge, sunsets and sunrise 🌅 from either side but it was considered not ocean view
I did have two front desk people that I hated. We asked simple questions and they like snapped back at us and were not helpful at all. Another worker seemed to overhear the interaction and came over to assist us instead. She was super polite and great. Same with the other woman we spoke to after, she was excellent as well. 90% of the staff was great and happy. My sister made friends with the Maintenance guys even. Gladys was among the people we liked and the other woman who was good was I think

A+++. This resort is absolutely fabulous! All interactions with staff was very pleasurable, and the staff was always very helpful. They took a ton of measure to ensure everyone was safe, even down to putting the remotes in plastic bags. I constantly seen staff cleaning in between guests around the pool. They have very neat little things for children to do, and even a private hot tub area only for adults. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful experience at this resort as the rooms went, but when we went to the restaurant and bar we had an extremely unpleasant experience with Shelly. Not only was she rude but she was very clearly ungrateful for the gracious tip my partner gave her, and when we checked our bank statements the amount we were charged was not correct. We will not be spending any more money at this resorts bar as long as Shelly is working there.
