Couldn't have asked for better service than what I got. Marvin and Louis were incredibly friendly and helpful, they weren't at all the pushy salesman stereotype, and they ONLY showed us cars in our budget, which made things as stress-free as it can get at a dealership. The owner, Julio, was also amazing, and really went above and beyond for us. We looked at so many other car dealerships before this, and we walked out of there happy and 100% satisfied, and with a new car!. I'd recommend anybody to them in a heartbeat. Last year, my wife and I bought a 2016 Q50 with approximately 50,000 miles on it. Our sales associate, Marvin, strongly recommended the most comprehensive warranty available. After a thorough discussion with my wife, we chose to invest in it. Marvin's recommendation proved invaluable because without that warranty, we would have faced a $3,000 expense to replace the throttle bodies in my wife's car. We had it repaired at an Infiniti dealership, and the best part is that it didn't cost us a dime! This experience convinced us that purchasing an extended warranty is a wise decision when buying a luxury car.

Went to test drive this car last night, when we arrived, Anthony was great, he asked how can I help you? I said, we want to test drive this car, he said, let me get you the key! It was easy and he was very helpful. We got back, talked a bit and decided to buy, he was not high pressure, we didn't feel like we were rushed and they stayed late to wrap up the sale. My best car buying experience. Oh and we also got a 30 day, 1000 mile warranty.

Buying a car can be a terrible or a great experience. I have bought 4 cars in my lifetime and 3/4 times I found myself unhappy with the experience (and or the salesman). The Fourth time was different..ASK FOR CHRISTIAN! He had my vehicle washed and pulled to the front before my arrival. They are truly amazing. I was on a strict budget that I did not want to step outside of. I was looking for something dependable, within my budget, and made within the past 5-6 years. The deal I got was a blessing.! Came knowing what I wanted and thanks to Tropical, I left with exactly that.! Chrissy and the whole crew are awesome and they are honest and will get you what you need. I found a 2015 Nissan Altima within my preferred price range and my monthly payments are lower than I was an anticipating. Plus a warranty. They are the best when it comes to finding a good car for a good price. I highly recommend.
