Why do I drive from Salt Lake to Layton, passing dozens of dentists to go to Dr, Harris?

I have been going to dentists for well over 60 years. I have had extensive dental work done. I have experienced good dentists and not so good ones along my journey. Dr. Harris is a great dentist. I have received excellent work and care from him and his staff. If that wasn’t enough, he has an in-office lab that makes it possible to get a crown in a single visit. I would highly recommend his work.

My dental cleaning was fast, efficient and the most pain free I have had compared to any other office I have been too. I like that the hygienist paid attention to detail, as my teeth have to last me a long time. They did ask if I wanted a fluoride treatment and it was a gel which I felt was better than a rinse. The equipment used I was very impressed with and better than any I have had experience with at any past offices. I plan on going back to this office because of the good communication between patient and doctor and the equipment. I personally had a good experience with all of the staff, receptionist, hygienist, clerks and Dr. Harris.

I recommended to my daughter to take her 5 year old daughter here who didn't like dental visits. Dr. Harris was great with her. I know because my appointment was right after hers and I talked to her right after. Happy, smiling and a pleasant experience. No problems getting her to return for follow ups.

The waiting area is nice and I noticed there is a children's corner.

As someone who hasn't been to the dentist in too long and was nervous on how things worked, they were very welcoming and explained thoroughly. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and non judgemental. 10/10 recommend

I just had two fillings and a crown prep from Dr. Harris. In over 40 years of dental work, this is the first time I did not feel the least bit of pain. Dr. Harris and his staff provided an excellent cradle to grave experience and I wholeheartedly would recommend him to anyone wanting the best care.

Dr. Harris was truly amazing with my son who isn't a big fan of getting shots. He and his assistant, whose name I can't remember sadly, were tremendous in being able to give him three shots without him even noticing. They were very professional and patient in getting the work done while keeping him calm and cooperative until they were finished approximately an hour later. I would definitely recommend Dr. Harris to any other parents out there looking for a good dentist who's able to work well with children. Thanks again, everyone, at Layton Family Dental. I have the worst anxiety when it comes to getting dental work done but Dr. Harris and his staff are amazing! They are so patient with me and Dr. Harris is so thorough. I love his assistant Katie so much. She always does a great job and keeps me comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dentist!

I've been to several dentist offices over the years and this if by far the best! Dr. Harris is fantastic. I had over two hours of dental work ahead of me and I was pretty nervous. He and his assistants kept me so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!

Dr. Harris is great! He's thorough and very friendly. Every filling or treatment has gone well and he's made my smile look a lot better too. The rest of the team and front office are all great too.

They are quick and efficient with their work and great with kids. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them if you don't have a dentist already.

Doctor Harris is awesome!

I love this dental office! They have always been kind to me and—more importantly—my children! Today, my four-year-old was a little afraid of getting her teeth checked, but Tammy the hygienist made her so comfortable and relaxed. Tammy made her laugh and even excited to have her teeth checked!

They also do great work on teeth and gums, taking my concerns seriously and answering questions.

I travel from Weber County to come to McMillan Dental, i know that me and my family will get the best care possible from a doctor who knows his trade and is always keeping up on the latest and best practices. The staff also is very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable every time i go in for an appointment, there is a great feeling that makes going to the dentist a good experience.

They were great! Zero complaints! The front office lady was very friendly and helpful and got me scheduled right in to get my broken tooth taken care of. The dentist and assistants were very nice and caring!

Dr Harris and his assistant Aimee are so amazing. I used to panic to have to go to the dentist, and now I look forward to seeing the both of them. They treat you like family here. God and bad experiences with crowns. So far Dr. Harris has been the best with crowns. He is fast and efficient. They are the best fit.

McMillan Dental is an amazing office. Dr. Harris is so kind and patient. The staff here is amazing. I hadn't been to the dentist in years because of anxiety and embarrassment and not once did they make me feel embarrassed or shamed they just jumped right in and we made a plan and got to work. They made sure I felt comfortable and understood what was needing to be done and made sure I was at ease while I was in the chair. While I'm still kind of nervous about dental work I don't have the same level of anxiety as I did before, I know I will be well taken care of here. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I won't ever go anywhere else.
