Great department store. Kind of small, like the mall overall. This is probably the highlight of this mall, maybe except the aquarium. People are cool, great selection of clothes, fragrances, and the people know what to recommend. One note: I noticed several customers in here either wearing masks wrong or not at all. Employees ought to step up enforcement there.

I went in to the MAC makeup counter a couple of weeks ago really struggling with my self esteem. I have difficult skin, and struggle with make up. The lady at the counter named Maria helped me so much. Not only did she stay after her shift, she gave me advice and really took the time to show me how to address my skin and make up concerns. I have gone into other places struggling reaching out for a little guidance but something about how assisted me, and genuinely cares stuck with me. I have been feeling so much more confident in my skin and make up and I am just so thankful for this amazing woman! I feel that people who do this kind of work for a living should encompass some of the same compassionate qualities. She is the epitome of what it means to be in customer services! Thanks girly!!!

The best place to shop!

They lady in the shoe department was very friendly and helpful. She helped me find some comfortable shoes for my son's wedding.

This new location is wonderful. Definitely the place to shop if you're after quality name brand products.

We needed men dress shoes for a new suit. The employee was super helpful got so many shoes for us and was happy to do so. He was very knowledgeable in all brands and gave recommendations. I know if I buy here they will be a good quality.

This must be my wife's heaven with the amount of clothes and variety and size options for her. This one in particular had an entire floor massive floor I might ad just for women and some more on the second floor with some men's clothes.

It was our first time checking out our local Dillard's, we were greeted by everyone and they definitely earned our business by not being overly aggressive when we were just browsing but then realizing we DID need a few items. Sales representative found the perfect items...we have been back almost every other week. We LOVE IT!

Employee's very helpful in juniors dept, girls and shoes. Very impressed with how friendly and attentive they were with dressing rooms, helping lace up shoes, showing us school trends, seeking out answers to questions they didn't know, etc. Clean, attractive store, with impressive staff. And we found some fabulous styles we love!

I bought some perfume from Maria and she was such a delight to work with. I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for but she was patient with me and showed me many different samples to help me narrow it down. She helped me realize I really liked the floral smells and then showed me the Daisy perfume and I immediately fell in love!!! Currently wearing it and I am super happy with my purchase.

I found a few pretty tops on clearance. Very helpful staff too. 😀
