Best customer service in town! Hands down! They are not only fast but efficient & knowledgeable! I use them for all my oil changes and also tires!

Each and everytime I have came in with an issue they have been able to assist and assist rather quick. Had an oil change completed after other places said no because the car didn't have a dip stick (measured digitally) and was able to replace a tire in about 15 minutes just to name a few things u have had done by them.

Great friendly place with a welcoming staff that's been there for years, and really looks out for the well being of your car when you get an oil change.

SUPER GREAT SERVICE. I use this store for all my oil changes and other services they provide. Never a problem. Always fast and good price. The cashier and manager are both females and they really know what a car is all about. Nice to see women in a business once dominated by men. I commend the owner of this store for his progressive thinking and actions. Visit this store and you will not be disappointed in the service.

This is our first time going there and they took us in right away (no waiting). The man that welcomed me was very calm and warm and respectful. He made me feel right at home. The lobby was immaculate and they offered snacks and drinks. They didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need and showed us a couple of things that we will need to look out for in the near future (like a filter that didn’t need changed yet) Even though my husband was there with me, he spoke to us both but mainly me being aware that it was car. I thought it was a nice gesture of him being respectful about it being my car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WILL VISIT AGAIN! The whole staff was very nice the lady who cashed us out was a sweetheart to us! Very nice folks. Thank you!

I bring all my vehicles to this location for general maintenance for several years. The service is wicked (stop by, you'll see why I used wicked) fast. I think the longest I have ever been there is an hour, and that is best I had more than just an oil change needed. The staff is really friendly, likes to talk sports, and treats you right. They have some of the best customer service in town. As long as I live in this area, I will always bring my vehicles here.

Pricey, but you get what you pay for. Customer service is top notch. I was in and out and the employees are phenomenal. I got the best synthetic they had because I have an older sports car so they may have cheaper options. Cool guys and professional, will be back for sure. They did my oil change in like 15 minutes and I wasn't worried that they were going to forget to put the oil filter on like Walmart has done to people I know. If you have a car that you care about and want people that will take care of your car like it's theirs, go here.

Grease Monkey on Tamiami Trail in Port Charlotte, is the BEST. They are so kind and friendly. Oil changes are extremely fast in and out. I got a set of brand new tires there, my car drives like a dream so smooth and quiet! They also helped with other various issues from a flappy bumper to charging my AC. It's also the cleanest shop like this I've ever seen, almost immaculate! Can't recommend them any more highly, they have a lifetime customer here. Five star!

Quick reliable and professional service!

I had my first oil change since moving to FL and was nervous about finding the right place to take care of my car. The employees here are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and explain things in a way everyone can understand. They also answered all the questions I had about my car. They made sure to recommend a service I would need soon but didn't push or pressure me into getting it done that day. I'm extremely happy with my experience here!

We came in today to get just a oil change on the car, the lady told us we needed our tires rotated as well which we don't have the money for this moment. We explained that we are going through a really hard time right now as we are living in our car and just don't have cash til Friday. She said something to us that I used to say all the time and it through me off guard because I haven't heard it in a long time. She said to us "pay it forward" as she then proceeded to do our oil change. She had the oil change done in no time at all, but that wasn't all...
She had our tires rotated, checked tire pressure, topped all our fluids off, put in a high mileage gas treatment, and a fuel cleaner in the car to flush out the sugar we had poured into our tank... She then told us to come in on Friday when I get paid to pay for it, which made us cry...
Lisa you are so amazing and you reminded me that there IS still good left in this world. You have truly touched our hearts an made life long customers with us. Thank you so much for everything Lisa, you deserve everything and more for everything you do. I am going to start "paying it forward" again because you're right, we can't let others negativity destroy our shine.

I love this place so down to earth. They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I have never been there longer than 15 minutes no matter how busy they are. Awesome crew all the way around. I drive a lot so i have to get my oil changed every couple months. With always being in a rush it is a perfect place to go and get in and out..

10 plus service every time you go there for oil change or all the services they provide and how do l know this. Because l have all my vehicles have been serviced there for almost 4 yrs. And they all run like the first day they was started up brand new.on my last service call Tommy and his crewsaved me close to 300 dollars on this service call. Try them and you will never be dissatisfied

It was my 1st time there. I got in really quick, and out quick. They didn't miss a thing and my car was definitely running cleaning. Lisa that works out in the garage was amazing. Very knowledgeable. Will be back. Thank you!
