I was very impressed with Step Up Physical Therapy, I started my Therapy program at end of October until mid December for my Ankylosing Spondylitis which causes limited mobility in my joints. My first session was with Geraldine she measured the degrees of my head side to side up and down movement also both my arms and hip after that first session Ron was my therapist for the next 13 sessions I give Ron 5 Star also the last session was with Geraldine my flexibility and movement was greatly improved. Their receptionist Wendy is very friendly greeted everyone with a warm welcome.

Met with Gigi last week Jan 15. Went to my first one yesterday, Jan 24. The next day I felt better. After 1 actual session I feel better!! Can't wait until next week. 5 stars!!!!

I have had many experiences with Physical Therapy for many injuries/surgeries over the years. I can honestly say Step Up was the best experience I have had! The staff is terrific (GiGi, Ron, and Wendy) and very hands on. They were with me for every exercise and evaluation. I HIGHLY recommend Step Up for your Physical Therapy.

Gigi and Ron are truly 2 professional therapists. They gave me direction the whole way through. When I first started my pain level was at a 4 today with so much confidence my pain is at a 1 today when I left there I can tell you it was less than a one so pleased with my progress

Gigi is very kind, understanding, extremely intelligent and thorough. She focus on the area that is a concern to you and tackles it to gain definite results. She easy to work with, and I brought my baby there and she was holding my baby during my physical therapy sessions. I will recommend her to anyone who’s in need of physical therapy. I began with Step up therapy as an outpatient after falling 36 feet and breaking my back, hip, and femur! When I was told I was switching to outpatient, I requested step up. All of their staff is ALWAYS very kind,caring, positive, motivating and professional! I could not have recuperated as quickly without their guidance and help! They always go the extra mile beyond what is their duty to help their patients get better quicker. I was blessed to work with Gigi and Amy and they both were very good with ALL they do! But if you choose them for your therapy,...be ready to work because they don't just go easy on you, so if you actually want to get better quickly I completely recommend them!!

Gigi and her pt staff are top notch therapists providing the best care possible. The techniques used to resolve my lower backpain issues helped tremendously. All therapists used were extremely knowledgeable therapeutically. Thank you very much Gigi Rob and Wendy.

Had a sore medial meniscus and could not walk. Orthopedic doctor ordered physical therapy. Found STEP-UP PHYSICAL THERAPY. Gigi Malvas did some tests, and quickly determined the issue. Her knowledge, detail explanations, treatment and bedside manner are excellent. A very professional and thorough PT. In three 1 hour sessions and ultra sound i notice healing is occurring and can walk without much pain.. Highly recommend this practice.

Best Physical therapy in the area, been in and out of NPort the last+15y, tried many other places, this is the one you need to try. Gigi will take care of you and make sure you will feel better for a long time.
