Red Wing - Port Charlotte, FL

Came to Redwing to get some boots for work. I work in a construction zone. I had a problem with our accounting department and they decided to place them on hold without asking. I came the next day, and they had my boots ready for me. The boots i choose were for me, just another pair of boots. After putting them to test at the site, I was amazed at how good the boots are. They are comfortable and they are really waterproof. My construction site is basically underwater most of the time, and I came home with dry foots. The service at this location exceeds expectations, and they go above and beyond on the service they offer. The products they offer are also great. I would definitely come back for another pair and send my guys over here.

This place is awesome. The people here are really friendly and very helpful, very knowledgeable. They really stand behind the warranty of the shoes. Yes, they are a little expensive, but they are so worth the money. I had a pair fall apart on me after 10 months, and they replaced them for free even though they didn't have to. And I have to say I'm really hard on boots. I work outside in the elements from very early morning to the afternoon. It's absolutely amazing that they stand behind their products 100%. No other company or shoe store does that. Thank you Red Wing I'm glad you're in our neighborhood and I will continue to support you guys and I will refer anybody I know that works hard and needs good pair of boots to you. Thank you

I went in midmorning, this was my 1st time in a Redwing store. Other than it being hot in your store. The sales rep was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions, gave me valid suggestions. I never felt pressured to buy. I landed up spending $333. Best purchase for shoes I ever made. Thank you for the experience..

I’ve had these shoes for over a year and came in today because they needed repaired… They repaired it, clean them and conditioned the leather on same day… 100% free… No questions asked! I’ve never seen customer service like this before.

The Red Wing Shoes name came to me from a recommendation from a friend who has used them for a generation. As a Canadian, in Florida, I had never heard of them. I am very pleased to have been introduced to their products, and am very satisfied with my purchase. Would I do it again? Absolutely !

Simply put you get what you pay for and definitely worth every penny I've spent abuse my boots and they managed to last me 3 years before completely destroying them and they will willingly have no problem taking the time to have you try and find the proper shoe or boot to fit your needs and comfort

Very helpful knowledgeable staff! Absolutely worth the drive. If you spend allot of time on your feet and need the best for your feet this is the place. I drove from Fort Myers to here on my day off. This was the only Redwing store open near me on Sunday. The gentleman that worked today was so honest. I was ready to purchase more expensive boots, but he took the time and understood what I do for a living and sold me the right boot for less money. That type of honesty in this current economy is much appreciated. My feet and back have never felt better. He has a customer for life! Be sure to ask for Justin. He knows his stuff!

I have never had a sales experience quite like this one. The salesman was extremely knowledge with every boot in the shop. He helped me select and size the right boot quickly and the fit was perfect. I will never buy boots anywhere else but here.

Clean store. Very large selection of high quality boots and shoes. I asked about sales or specials. Nothing available but told there was a sale coming in March (2 months) but associate couldn't give any info. Was finally offered 10% off when we decided we would check back in March.
Love the quality of product and may purchase again but a sale, discount or reward program would be nice.

Because of the need to be competitive in the shoe market and overseas (China) ability to flood us with cheap products from (basically) slave labor and the unions in the USA, the selection of Made in America is smaller then I'd like to have seen BUT, having said that, the QUALITY of those boots made in America (I chose the Super Sole 2.0) is absolutely SUPERB!!!
The old adage "You get what you pay for" ever rings as true today. The boots and the custom fit inserts ran a little over $300 and worth every single penny.
There were many, many options that were made in Vietnam, China, Korea, etc for about half the price but again, you ABSOLUTELY get what you pay for.
The gentleman who assisted me actually measured my foot (length, width and arch) and fit my new boots perfectly and better, more comfortable then ANY footwear I've ever owned before.
The fact that the materials are the highest quality obtainable and the boots ability to have new soles sewn on in the future, these boots will last me virtually forever... The rest of my days anyway.
People, please... Before going and spending your money on something, do yourself a little investigating and find out what the differences are being offered. If you only have enough for a cheaper pair, keep saving and WAIT. Do t just settle on the moment. Get yourself the best, spend the extra and be glad you did.

We have never had a bad experience when coming here for my boyfriend's work boots. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I feel like they really value our business because I never feel like we are being rushed or pushed to buy something that isn't needed.

Amazing service, everyone is very knowledgeable with everything. They really make sure you leave with the right gear. Justin was excellent. They even offer to polish your boots for free in the future, after you buy them.
Great discounts as well.

Ron is very knowledgeable about their products and what is best for your job. He helped me out with replacing a pair of boots for my boyfriend. Warranty is good and they clean the boots as needed too.

Great store. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. I told him what style I was looking for and he brought out multiple pairs of shoes and even recommended the ones that weren’t the most expensive. The place to go for work shoes.

Amanda was amazing, super knowledgeable and helpful, not pushy. Loved the shoes (I bought hiking shoes for a road trip, FL to AK in 2020) and loved them and the socks. Lots of choices in this store!
