Fitness Quest Physical Therapy - North Port

I was very fortunate to land an early appointment with the help o the front desk.
I find Patrick patient and understand.
He able to explain the reasons I am doing the exercises.
I am going into my 6thy week and every appointment has been excellent.

Nancy Hamlin is the best. I have many limiting physical factors. Just had a reverse shoulder replacement. She brought me back to full use of my shoulder in only 12 weeks. I strongly suggest her for any physical therapy you may need. She will make you work but it will be well worth the effort.

Nancy & Eric were very tuned in with the nature & severity of my neck injury & worked out a PT plan that turned out more successful than I had hoped for. Nancy is very adept at her massage techniques which were critical for my success. Also she was very good at explaining what to do, what not to do, & why. Everyone at West Villages was very kind & respectful. I can now enjoy activities that I could not before due to pain in my neck, shoulder, & arm.

I would highly recommend this team of physical therapy professionals, including the office staff. They pay attention to the individual needs of each patient. I was treated for a rotator cuff tear. The exercise program has greatly reduced my pain and increased function. Bob set me up with my home exercise plan so that I can maintain the progress that I have made. Thank you to the whole team for taking the "pain" out of physical therapy.

My husband has been very fortunate to be receiving Physical Therapy over the last year at Fitness Quest. Not only does he have Parkinson’s but was hospitalized for almost a month which set him back physically. Adam and his team have been amazing. Kind, supportive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!

All staff are friendly and welcoming. The front desk operates efficiently, and the professional staff are kind and knowledgeable. I feel my recovery is safe in the hands of Fitness Quest North Port.

Patrick is great. Provided me stretching exercise routine and I immediately began to experience relief after years of discomfort. I can definitely feel the effects of these exercises. In fact, shared two of them with my wife who experienced the same results.We both will religiously continue for the rest of our lives. It's that or suffer. A no-brainer.

Dedicating 30 minutes to my new morning routine will ease the pain and discomfort I have endured too many years.

Excellent advice on stretching and strengthening exercises to treat my sore knee. After only 3 weeks I can feel the difference and am encouraged to continue to better myself.

Adam takes the time to listen to your concerns and offers solutions for you to try. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Fitness Quest for your physical therapy needs. 5 stars!

Dennis had excellent service at this therapy. Very good people and his hip and back are 100% better he would recommend this facility to any one that needs physical therapy.

Patrick was my first encounter and intake therapist The program he chose for me , I believe lead to my success. My shoulder feel 99.44% better and range of motion great ! Thank you !

First time I used them was back in 2017. They did an awesome job. 2nd time to use them. Everything is going good. Staff is so down to earth. They encourage me to do a little more. Just like the first time I expect to have full use of my arm. At my post op visit with my doctor he asked who was doing my therapy. I said Fitness Quest North Port. He then said oh good you are in good hands.

Even though one of the Therapists is an Alabama football fan, I still highly recommend this place!! Can’t fault them all for one’s bad choice 😁. Seriously, they’re awesome!

Melissa worked with me as my therapist, as I completed my second six weeks of physical therapy for a rotator cuff injury. I found Melissa to be extremely competent and knowledgeable of the appropriate exercises to be done to bring back my range of motion and strengthening of the appropriate muscles. At the end of my therapy I had full range of motion and ever-increasing strength. Fitness Quest provided a full range of equipment and therapists. I observed many competent therapists helping other clients during my sessions. My therapist was always extremely punctual, and I never has to spend any time waiting. The office staff at the front desk was also very helpful and ready to advise you on any billing questions.

This is a very nice P.T. Facility close to home. The front desk staff are so friendly and welcoming. I have had Bob and Patrick so far and they are both wonderful. Bob is so wonderful. He introduces new exercises in a very chill and easy going manner, and is very knowledgeable, and is helping me progress through a tough rotator cuff repair rehab. I’m so happy I found this place within a few miles of my home.

I had a partial knee replacement, and never really been to therapy before so I didn't really know what to expect. Day 1 I was assessed by Bob as to where I was in my rehab journey so he could make a plan just for me...He did an absolute fantastic job...Day 2 and every exercise was explained as to why you are doing it and what it was going to do to help you...so my 12 days of my PT journey I worked with Bob and Michelle, they were both wonderful and I was thankful to have them...appointments always on time, never had to wait, got right to it every time...they pushed to do better when needed but also made it easy and enjoyable to go to therapy....I would give more stars if I could to these two and if there is a next time I know exactly where I'm going!!!! I highly recommend fitness quest physical therapy. All the pt’s are very kind, personable, and make you feel very comfortable. The front desk staff is very friendly and kind as well. Overall my experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend to anyone needing physical therapy. They genuinely care about you and seeing your mobility improve and really take great effort to see that happen for you. Thank you Fitness Quest!

Just finished up my treatment there today and I must say the staff are all awesome. The front desk staff is always friendly and accommodating and all the Physical Therapists are very knowledgeable and friendly as well. I worked mostly with Frank and Michelle and I felt they were both exceptional at PT's. They were kind, compassion, easy to talk to and they listened when I was having a more painful day and treated accordingly. I would definitely recommend you go to Fitness quest next time you need some physical therapy.

Absolutely fantastic team and staff! I went in thinking this was just a "go through the motions" requirement of my insurance to qualify me for a future procedure, but, for me, it became so much more. The entire process the team takes is amazing including the intake and therapy. I learned so much about my problem and corrective actions to take to prevent further issues. The therapy works! Listen, learn and comply. They are really caring and mean business when it comes to resolving your physical issue or issues. Super great job and many thanks to the team and staff.

I could not be happier with Fitness Quest. I had total knee replacement and I’m thrilled with my progress. I had the pleasure working with Melissa, Michelle, and Frank , TOP NOTCH!!!
