Hilton Singer Island Oceanfront/Palm Beaches Resort

Visited from Philly two weeks ago with my son. I absolutely don’t know what the bad reviews are talking about. Yes they’re under reconstruction yes I had to walk an extra 30ft around the building to get to the beach. The pool was closed but the bar was open with a beautiful beach front view. but that doesn’t warrant anything bad being said about this place. Rooms were great beachfront location was great staff was the Absolute best.
Kenyanas beautiful and bright smile was 1st to greet me when I arrived at the property and made it a point to greet me by name everyday during my stay even if I just walked by. There was a small issue when I arrive but she fixed immediately and ensure my stay would be great and it was. Knowing we were from Phila and the light selection of breakfast offered she recommended Southern kitchen which was great we also visited Sara’s Kitchen which is also a good breakfast place to check out.
Any Questions or concerns Kenyana was there to assist she is a great asset to the property Kenyana absolutely needs a raise or promotion. The beach front and her is the reason I decided to book another stay this July. Thanks Hilton Thanks Kenyana.

The culinary offerings are consistently outstanding, providing a diverse and delightful dining experience. Major renovations going on! Destiny and other team members made sure I was aware before my arrival date and also gave me several opportunities to cancel. The communication was amazing! The location of the hotel is wonderful. Can’t wait to stay here again once all of the renovations are complete.

Like other reviews have stated there is significant construction going on to the first floor and exterior common areas (whatever you are thinking... It's more). That said, the construction had (at least during our stay) no impact on your room or any location or service that effects your stay and I believe the lower nightly rate reflects the renovations.

A huge shout out to the staff. Every employee we interacted with was extremely friendly and welcoming. Honestly one of the best staff experiences I have had at a hotel. I would highly recommend this location, but would reach out prior to your stay to ensure any of your priority services are available during your stay.

My stay was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms were clean and have balconies for drying my clothes after a day of diving and playing with poseadon. The pool was large and mostly cleared of people and by people I mean kids. Not that I don't like kids but this brought the sitting and relaxation levels over 9000. The beach is right there and also was very clear and relaxing. I doubt there is anywhere in the place you can't hear crashing waves. It is very close to all things scuba and snorkeling including the park. The restaurants down the way are way are the kind that exceed your best expectations.

The maker to me of any hotel is the staff and this place has the best I've encountered in a long time. Night and day shift were always helpful and kind. I had some laughs with a few. A special mention to Peter for helping me in my time of need. I wish I got the names of more staff to mention but my memory doesn't work that way.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Right when you walk in there is flavored water in the lounge waiting for you. The receptionist was so nice, she helped us book a taxi to the cruise port. Our room was beautiful, we had a partial ocean view. The beach is taking care of very well and there is beach towels and umbrellas with chairs. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Great place to relax. Awesome beach bar and fun drinks! Umbrellas and chairs were provided on the beach and were set up for us. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Love the Hilton brand hotels!

Every single staff member we had the pleasure of interacting with was beyond amazing. They were informative and professional. Even with the construction, the rooms were very clean. The food and the drinks we had while sitting at the beautiful beach were delicious.

The staff at this hotel were some of the friendliest people I've ever met in my entire life. They truly made you feel like they were happy to assist you with anything you needed, and it put me in the perfect mood for a stress-free vacation. Beach side drink service was a gamechanger, and my server was so responsive and very sweet!

Excellent hotel and the staff is amazing. Location is almost perfect - 4 stars instead of 5 simply due it's proximity to the downtown area (10-15 min walk). Rooms are almost perfect maybe can use some slight updating but nothing to remark about. Price was fantastic. Bar is EXCELLENT (bar staff is just OK). Will defiantly return.

I had a fantastic vacation because this was a wonderful hotel. The front desk staff was nice. The lobby had beautiful decorations. The hotel had everything and I didn't need to leave. I had friends visit me and we relaxed by the pool with drinks. Every day I woke up to watch the best sunrise. I want to go back!

Helen who was part of the staff there is a gem. She worked pool side and catered to everyone on the beach the whole time and made us feel right at home. wonderful person 10/10 would visit again. oh and the hotel was cool too

We had a great time here. Because we are diamond we got upgraded to an ocean view room. It’s was great. (Full disclosure the carpet seemed a little gross).

The room was clean and we had a nice wrap around balcony overlooking the ocean. The AC worked…which is key.

The food options were redundant but everything we ate was awesome. Jessica the bartender at Coconuts was awesome. Such a pleasant and personable bartender. It was coming down and seeing her smile every day. The drinks were great too.

The only downside was the amount of kids in the small hot tub. It was tough to even get a seat in there at times.

Overall though it was a great time.

I’m not sure why everyone dislikes this place so much. I thought it was great! Great price for the area. The resort amenities were nice. The hotel is right on the beach. Restaurant had good food and service was top notch. If I’m in the area again I’ll probably revisit.

We came to the area for a baby shower and ended up extending our stay for two extra days at this hotel. The staff Sandra, Abby, and the others were all great with the best attention to all of our needs which made the stay very pleasant. I’ll definitely be visiting again, the best views and private balcony was a mega plus. Beach chair rentals and crystal clear waters. By far one of the best Florida beaches we have been to. The hotel and staff made this visit extra special. A BIG thank you to the team.

Fantastic stay at this hotel. Perfect location right on the beach with great ocean views. The pool was nice with plenty of seating and umbrellas. Our room was clean and modern. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The tiki bar is a plus, and the bartender, Elijah, was great! Don't forget to tip the beach staff who help with the umbrella and chairs. They really work hard to make sure you have a perfect spot on the beach. We will be back.

The physical property matches exactly to the virtual display online. This resort is an excellent selection for family fun and relaxation. The customer service is excellent all the way to the beach and pool service. The beach was clean and the water, clear. You can see the beach floor! The pool and jacuzzi was clean. The facility and amenities are well maintained. All staff are friendly and want to help, without reluctance or frustration. This is a vacation spot that we have claimed as an annual family vacation spot.

We loved our stay here, James at the front desk made our stay exceptional. We were able to get an early check in and rest after a long trip. Destiny at the front desk also made sure we were taken care of. The private beach access is also enjoyable. We can not thank James enough for everything he did to help us! The hospitality is great!

Hotel was great. The food was great. The room was great. Beach access was great. I wish the renovations were done during the winter months.
