Best experience we have had getting a Tag for our vehicles! In and out in 10 minutes! We’ve lived in Cobb and Coweta county and it has always been a nightmare to get our tags renewed! So thankful this was an easy experience!

I was just on the phone with Ms. Vickie Bearden and found her to be helpful, concerned, informative and basically a great example of what "customer service" is supposed to be. I say this in spite of the fact that she was not able to resolve my problem in the manner I had hoped. Don't fault the messenger because you ask something impossible of them. Ms. Bearden and her staff are there to help. They have very specific job responsibilities and are limited in authority to reach past those responsibilities. As with any human being, approach them with courtesy and you will receive the same.

Every time I've gone to renew tags or register a vehicle, I've been in and out in 15 minutes. This blows my mind still because Louisiana DMVs take hours to get anything done.

Just called to inquire on a property tax matter. The line was answered immediately, and the lady on the phone was super helpful and very knowledgeable. This has not always been my experience when dealing with local governments so I was pleasantly surprised and very appreciative of the service provided.

Office staff VERY helpful on tax exemption requirements for qualifications. Very courteous and professional staff. Easy to do business with.

The employees are always so kind and helpful, a rare thing when it comes to visiting a bureaucracy.

Almost as soon as I got to window 5 after patiently waiting like everyone else I got almost immediately turned away and was already trying to assist another customer while I still was asking questions. I brought a title for a truck I’m buying from my company I work for where. My boss was going to sell it to someone else in our company ( that person changed their mind and now I am buying it instead ) we then put a small line though his signature where he signed ( it was still clearly readable ) brought a affidavit form of correction for the title, and the dmv website clearly says “ unacceptable corrections which require a new title “ includes use of correction fluid, tape, erasures, and total blocking out of information

I understand it’s 2 days before thanksgiving and you’re just trying to get people out the door but its no excuse to totally disregard someone and their correct documentation and to be rude and short with them.

The tag & title clerk Samantha is the worst. She is lazy & does not get her work done in a timely manner. She is rude towards customers & just plain out sloppy looking.

Yes ...Very rude and sloppy . Would not give me a chance to talk.....Told me to get my information correct or don't bother coming back.

Horrible. Impossible to get through the dysfunctional phone system to talk to a live person.
