Great products and service

They sold me a faulty product and now they tell me there is nothing they can do. My shipment was over a month late and then when it came time to receive the items they forgot some at the warehouse. When I finally received the rest I realized they sent me two wrong products. I had to wait an additional 3 months. I would NEVER purchase from them again, they do not have their act together and tell you what you want to hear to make the sale.
The worst!

I went in there and got elevator eyes from the French guy . He is so rude! This is not the first time. He is comfortable . They need to change the staff….He gave me unsettling feeling maybe because how I was dressed. I went somewhere else and spent $$$.
I will just go to Aventura now.
