Publix Super Market at The Shoppes at Price Crossing

Rich the store manager ( l think anyways) was wonderful, l asked to talk to him after the most amazing young woman "Jill", from customer service went far above what anyone does anymore for their customers. I couldn't get through to the deli & my husband forgot his phone, it's very important l have my subs done specifically since l am fighting Stage4 metastatic cancer....She wrote down the sub order and took it over to the deli and the entire time Jill kept telling me that it wasn't a problem and how she was hust happy she could have helped....How awesome is this store and especially Jill & Rich.

I've always had exceptional experiences here from some of the staff. Today was just one example. The deli manager, I believe his name was Deron, went above and beyond for me. He was not only knowledgeable about the product I was searching for, but ordering capabilities and checking other stores inventories. Thank you to him especially, and also to upper management for employing such great people like him at this location.

Always have the best quality. Great sales and very friendly staff. A define winner. Falishia in subs makes absolutely the best wraps ever. Also if you want to make ur own wrap- buy the egg wraps, boarhead spicy turkey and boarhead horseradish cheese for a spectacular treat. Excellent deli with quality meats and cheeses. Clean store. Always bogo sales which are great.

I already love this store and so does my family when ever they come into town they are just in awe of this store.The employees are above and beyond and it makes shopping here wonderful.But I have to say they have a cashier named Christine and she really is sweet and just one interaction with her made my whole day.💜Christine you are the sweetest it’s a bunch of great people like you that make this store the best!!!👍🏼

This is my go to place for lovely flower bouquets at reasonable prices. They are put together well with color and selection and fresher than many other places.

The staff at this specific location are super nice and helpful if I ever need it. There also always accommodating & unlike others places their priority is the customer and their satisfaction. Thanks again and have a blessed and safe week.

It's always a pleasure shopping at all of the Publix shopping centers . I've shopped at Publix' across the United States & have always had a pleasant experience & the charity & donation work Publix does for there communities is just wonderful. Publix you rock!

I love this store!! I would give it a 4 star for the deli but the rest of the store is so awesome they make up for it!!!

Great experience in buying our first Publix-prepared Thanksgiving meal - including fully cooked turkey. They give you an appt, and have the dinner in the back in a nicely packed refrigerated box. It's worth the money to eliminate the stress!

This is a very nice and clean grocery store. It is well stocked and very clean. The employees are helpful and there are always plenty of registers open with baggers. Every department has someone working to assist you with whatever you need.They also carry a lot of products that are hard to find at other stores. If you need a grocery store this is a good choice.

Publix is great!!!! I always spend more money like i suppose to, because they have good sales can't resist ,awesome bakery, deli department, fruits, vegetables, meat department .

As always our go to for day to day groceries and essentials. I love the fresh wheat bread at the bakery.

Found almost everything I came for. Help was always attentive and friendly! The deli employees were pleasant and helpful. As always, I love shopping at publix!

I love this store. Mgmt will bend over backwards to make customers happy. Stickers from other departments will get things for customers out of their own department. The store is always clean & normally well stocked. It truly is a nice place to shop.

This store is excellent because of the assistant store manager James Frost. He always goes above and beyond for the customers. He ran the show after Hurricane Ian and made sure everyone was able to get the groceries, household goods, end medicines they needed. He even ensured the power line workers who traveled from all over had good meals to eat. James is an amazing manager who brought his team together to serve the community after a true disaster!

Publix is the best . The SERVICE,KNOWLEDGE OF WHERE things are, can not be compared. The workers ,willingness to help me with finding an item was overwhelming wonderful. Not only 1 was a person helpful, 2 people who were replenishing shelves jumped right in to help.
As I am disabled with no electrical carts, the help was so greatly appreciated.
