The Pearl Cabana Club / Formerly "The Villas at St. Pete Beach"

The Pearl is an excellent place to stay! The room was spacious and squeaky clean! The bed was also perfect. The pool was refreshing and the grounds clean and comfortable! But the best part was the staff! SO friendly and SO competent! They pay attention to every detail! I would highly recommend staying at The Pearl for a great vacation!!

Loved the Pearl Cabana Club. The location was fantastic, one block from the beach. The rooms were modern and clean with all the amenities you need and then some. The air conditioning worked great! We took advantage of the beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas and bicycles. This was also our first time to the St. Pete Beach area - loved it and if I return, I will definitely stay at the Pearl Cabana Club! Oh yeah, the pool was really nice too with great loungers and umbrellas if you don't want to get sandy at the beach!

We were SO happy to have found this little gem! We came over from Tampa for a wedding weekend nearby. The room was clean, and more welcoming and than a typical hotel/motel feel. The bed was very comfortable, and as Floridians loved that there was a ceiling fan, and roll down shades to keep the sun out in the early AM.

I had a friendly voicemail from Bryce, making sure I had his contact information if we needed anything. Upon arriving, we were pleasantly greeted by Beau, who helped us from the car and finding our villa. The location was perfect, we walked a few steps over for a gorgeous afternoon on the beach -- they even provided beach towels and beach chairs for our use!

We will definitely be back, and look forward to staying in the larger rooms with our children. At the risk of sounding cheesy, the place just has good vibes all around :)

We just spent 5 nights at the Pearl Cabana last week for couples getaway and absolutely LOVED it! The rooms are comfortable, well stocked, and decorated so cute. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool is the perfect temperature to cool off after a day at the beach, which is only one block away. They provide lawn chairs, beach umbrellas, sand towels for the little ones, and a wagon to haul it all to the beach. It is only 2 blocks away from great restaurants and bars, yet the neighborhood is soooo quiet! We had so much fun riding the retro bikes they provide around town! Thanks Bryce! We will definitely be back!

This is our second time at Pearl Cabana. We love it here for many reasons. It’s located in a very quiet, laid back area with a short walk to the beach. We love that we can walk to many different restaurants and live music. There is really no need to leave other than for exploring and shopping.
Our room was perfect for two. The bed is very comfortable. The room lacks storage, but it is slated for some upgrades. You can do minimal cooking in the small kitchen and on the outside gas grill. We ate out most of the time and never had one bad meal.
The owners and Manager were very nice and very accommodating to our needs.
The pool is inviting and heated with a solar system. The outdoor furniture, plants and decorating is beautiful.
We already booked for next year!

The Pearl Cabana Club is the perfect place to stay in St Pete Beach! The rooms are updated and clean, cozy, have the essentials, and are one block from the sand. Located in the perfect spot to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, and bars, you won't even need a car. We've stayed here before and we'll continue to stay here. A++ and highly recommend!

What a cute spot! The location can’t be beat and we took advantage of the pool and bikes on site. The space is comfortable and well-appointed with great attention to detail. The email/contactless check-in wasn’t as smooth as I would’ve hoped but we got it sorted eventually (check your junk mail folder in the days leading up to your reservation). Will definitely stay here again when I return to St Pete Beach!

We had a wonderful week at the Pearl for a spring break getaway. We had stayed at the property before the new ownership and liked the location. The location is still five stars but the new ownership group upgraded many areas of the property which really made for a great getaway.

Easy check-in process with key code on the door. Beautiful upgraded pool with comfortable chaise lounge chairs. Fantastic sitting areas with comfortable chairs and couches. Bags/Cornhole throughout the property for some fun. Ice machine, bikes, grill, beach chairs. So many extra amenities that makes vacation a vacation. Bryce was on property manager and such a great guy and certainly helpful!

Steps to the beach and steps to great bars and restaurants. You can walk to all of it! We look forward to coming back to the Pearl!

My wife and I stayed here two years ago when there were different owners. We liked it then but we really loved it now because they’ve done some nice upgrades to the rooms. Smart TVs in the living room and the bedroom. Keurig coffee machines and updated kitchen. The pool was just redone too. Free cruiser bikes to go for a ride. But the best part was the attentiveness of the owners and manager, Bryce. We had a remote that wasn’t working for one of the TVs and Bryce ordered a new one for us. Our air-conditioning unit was getting a little wonky and they showed up the next morning, to clean it out. The location is fantastic. One block from the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. We definitely will be back! Thanks Team Pearl Cabana!

We spent 5 days at the Pearl Cabana Club during the spring break and enjoyed every moment of it!
We stayed at the room 102 and it's updated, looks and feels modern, clean, and had everything in it to have a comfortable stay!
The property in general is in very good condition, including pool and surrounding areas. We had no issues borrowing a cart and beach chairs/umbrella each day we went to the beach.
The location is amazing, it's literally 5-7 min easy walk, and, although, it was during spring break, we did not have any issues getting good spots at the beach. It also did not have crazy spring break crowds.
Also, The Pearl Cabana Club located conviniently within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. And it has first-come-first-served washer and dryer on premise.

Very cute well maintained little boutique hotel one easy block from the best part of the beach. All rooms have a stove top and frig so nice for extended stays. Three blocks from bars/restaurants/clubs with regular bands and entertainment. Restaurant pricing suprizingly reasonable with discount and grocery food available near by. Casual island atmosphere by the pool equipped with new poolside amenities. Free laundry a bonus too.

The Pearl Cabana Club was an amazing place to stay. It was very easy to check in and out of. The hosts were very accommodating. We enjoyed the amenities like the pool, grill, beach chairs, and the bikes. The bed was also very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back and staying at the Pearl Cabana Club.

We loved staying here on Spring Break. We were in the 2-bedroom unit with our adult kids. Great features and space. Lots of pool time, easy access to the beach, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood was the best.

This place is amazing!!!! We came on Friday for my cousin's bachelorette party!!!! They had our three rooms/suites decorated for her! We stayed two nights. I could've stayed two weeks!!!! Bryce was a huge help in getting everything set up and showing us around. The amenities all worked and were up to date! Good wifi! It was clean and easy access to everything in St. Pete. We literally walked everywhere!!! Not to mention how cute this place is!!!! I would definitely come back here for another, longer vacation!!!!! This place is a hidden gem 1 block from the best beach this side of Cancun.
Our pups were welcomed from the minute we walked in.
The dog park is extremely convenient and the fenced in perimeter is priceless for young children and pups.
The photos I have attached speak volumes.
(FYI, The 5 star rating is also for king sized bed, shower, pool side decor, free laundry, etc. )

We booked a few rooms at the Pearl Cabana Club for a bachelorette and birthday trip. We cannot recommend it enough! The staff is so welcoming and accommodating and the rooms are great! They supplied everything you would need for the beach including towels and chairs! It is walking distance to the beach, all the restaurants and bars so it is in the perfect location. Highly recommend for your next beach trip!

We had the BEST time at The Pearl Cabana Club. Our room was perfect! We loved the decor throughout the whole property. What was even better, everything seemed to be thought out for us. The snack basket with coozies, to chairs, umbrellas, wagons, towels, washer & dryer, and ice!! We truly had one of the best trips we have ever had there.

I had the best time here!! The rooms are comfortable, cute, and very clean. Bryce was also so helpful and welcoming during my stay. You can tell there’s a lot of thought and care that goes into this hotel and I can’t wait to come back for another stay:)

The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and an easy jumping off point to St Petersburg. Had a nice quiet balcony and the room was comfortable and clean. Communication with the manager was easy and quick. Made us feel at home. Pool was wonderful, the sitting area felt cozy, and there were plenty of extras available. Games, bikes, wagons, chairs, hammock, dog park, bbq, etc. Fiancé and I have already discussed returning, so would 100% stay again. Thank you for a great week!
