Extremely professional and well run office. Arrived for scheduled appointment and was extremely impressed with the entire office staff. I had to complete the class D license and was blown away by Tia who was very helpful throughout the entire process. She truly is an outstanding employee.

Amazing service. Made an appointment online. Showed up early, and was helped right away. In and out. Way better than expected. Friendly, courteous, fast.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Applying for a new CCP couldn’t have gone smoother. You need to make and appointment and they suggest to call and make one, if they don’t answer leave a message and they will call you back. Also they do accept Credit cards!

One of the rare examples of efficiency in government. Had to schedule my appointment well in advance for my Class G renewal, but I was in and out in less than 5 minutes after being taken in early too. Friendly and professional staff!

Very professional and easy to work with.
Only issue is they only take checks, or money orders, no cash or debit cards to pay fees. It’s the states policy not the North Port Office. A quick trip across the street to publix to get a money order and I was all set.

Wow! What a great experience. I would highly recommend a short trip to Nortport, great city and people. I walked into the office at 10 am and was out at 10:15 am. We spent the afternoon in a very nice pristine city and enjoyed an early lunch. Great job guys, thank you all.

This is THE best place to go for for CWP. I had an appointment at 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:05pm and was brought right back. I am already done and it is only 3:18pm. Quick, easy, cheaper than the Tax Collector/DMV and the staff was outstanding!

In 20 yrs never had a problem, miss the old crew but still there is love by a couple and Marlyn is one of the BEST!

My wife and I were just at this facility to renew our licenses. Everybody was very nice and we were in and out in 15 minutes. This was the best government office experience i have ever had!

On Monday, October 24th, I went to this office to get my class "D"security license. I thought I was in the wrong office. From behind the glass partition cam brightly beaming faces, shooting smiles at my lady friend and I. We were both early for our appointments. They whisked us right in to a very spacious room, took our finger prints and photos, and all the time were very polite and professional.. I cannot remember the last time I was treated so well ANYWHERE!! Thank all you ladies for getting our day off to such a wonderful start. Jim Werner

Best time I've ever had at a government office!! These women should train ALL county, state offices on how to provide fast, knowledgeable, friendly service. In and out with new permits in 10 minutes.

I was unaware that they moved to North Port. I called, got the information I needed and drove up. The staff were friendly, helpful and carried out their duties with dispatch. In and out in under an hour. Five stars.
