Went to the yearly open enrollment meeting to hear about the new changes coming for insurance for 2024. Megan, Sylvester, Amber were very thorough with the explanations of what to expect. They were very patient with the many inquiries. They know their "stuff". They will guide you to make the right choices for each individual.

I could not have navigated the world of aftercare following surgery without Megan. The people who were supposed to organize my home health care came up with three places--none of which took my insurance. They lost interest in me after that. One call to Megan and I had the names of three agencies, all of which would take my insurance. Was very happy with the home health agency I selected from her referral.
