Zenic, an outstanding tech came for first check-up. He went over everything with a fine tooth comb and explained everything in detail so clearly! Such a great young man. It’s so nice to get service from employees that are happy in their jobs. It’s quite obvious from the point of sale through this visit.

I called several companies before hiring Bowersox. The amount of companies that use "call services" and try to sell home maintenance plans was shocking. It was a breath of fresh air when Brian Bowersox actually answered the phone, listened to what repairs I needed and made me feel reassured that they could get my repairs done the next day. Great local company. l had a water heater and reverse osmosis system installed. The company and plumber were very professional and knowledgeable. On the installation day he was on time and contacted me and informed me that he was in his way.

We had a problem with one of our toilets not flushing properly. We had a plumber come out through our home warranty who replaced the flapper but that didn’t fix the problem. I finally contacted Brian and he fixed the problem immediately. I highly recommend Brian Bowersox Plumbing. I wish we had called him originally.

After 7 days of EXTREMELY limited water availability... Think filling the tub with water for flushing toilets with buckets and shutting the water off at the main valve 4 times a day..... my landlady hired the amazing Bowersox Plumbing family yesterday!

In half a day, Brian, Jr. replaced our 50 year old leaking shower valves in 2 bathrooms with sparkling, new one-handled valves, faucets and shower heads! All this was accomplished through the shower wall. A feat that I am told can be quite impossible! Look at the photos. You would never know that the entire shower "guts" were replaced today!

I can't emphasize enough how much of a hard working gentleman Brian is! That's a rare find these days! TMI, but I have to share, after 8 days, having the toilet tank start refilling automatically and being able to turn on the faucet and wash my hands. I teared up!

This was the second time we utilized the services of this company and both times they were very responsive to our call for assistance. The plumber arrived on time. The work was completed in a very professional manner beginning with an explanation of what the problem was and the various options to fix it. We chose the option to extend the life of our water heater and eliminate the leak caused by the overflow valve malfunction. I was very impressed that great care was taken to provide a clean work area for the repair technician to work. After the repair was completed, he stayed there to test the system and verify it was working correctly. He then cleaned up the area around the repair which was minimal due to the professional manner in which he prepared the area prior to beginning the job. I then paid the bill which I thought was very reasonable. Thank you! You guys are the fabulous!!!

No words! These people brought tears to my eyes. We had water leak in the home. The person I spoke with told us to call a leak detector specialist etc. He then sent his son a plumber to check what was going on FREE OF CHARGE!!! Thank you so much you guys. This is the second time I have had to call this company due to an emergency on my end. Both times they were able to take care of the issue quickly, professionally, and at what I felt was a reasonable price. I have added this company to my phone so I won't have to search for a plumbing company if/when I need one again. This is who you want to call!

This is a fantastic company that offers a lot of services which I trust. After using another plumber my wife recommended we try Bowersox after reading reviews. The reviews written here are just how my experience was. Brian was calm, which is nice considering I own a dog who can get excited. He worked quickly and explained everything is detail without rushing over explanations and made sure to do a quality job. The jobs he helped me with were changing out faucets and he got my water heater working which did not work at all when he first came into my house. They also offer well services which is nice to know for the future. If you have well water you need a company that offers both services because well water houses have special plumbing needs.

Wow! Called them late Tuesday after hours and left a message. I got a call first thing Wednesday before they opened. I described my self created disaster. He said he could come by early and he did. Great service, great quality of workmanship and very courteous and professional. They are my plumber from now on.

Short notice young Mr Bowersox came installed water heater.. very Proessional and timely. Very knowledgable.

Used Bowersox to install 4 faucets in home. Brian's son came out and was super professional. (family Business) Must have checked his work 5 times to insure there were no leaks. Did a great job and was very courteous. Had a mask on all the time. Would use again.

My back flow preventer failed and needed replacement as water had to be shut off. Brian Jr. responded and completed the replacement of the valve device and also performed a maintenance service that was overdue on the water heater. He was very responsive in returning my initial call, on time for the visit, professional in his work and very knowledgeable as he explained all aspects of the work done and answered my questions.
