Both Lisa and Donovan of the Everglades Equipment store in North Port went above and beyond to get the mulch and nuggets that we needed to complete our landscaping project. After dealing with the big box stores, I was blown away by the exceptional service in the store and with the 2 deliveries within a 2-day period. The price for the mulch and nuggets was the lowest in the area. I highly recommend this North Port location and I intend on returning in the future.

Although not needing the scale for row crop farming I use back in Indiana, I knew to turn to a John Deere dealer like Everglades Equipment for quality tools and support for my Florida winter home.

Great customer service! Josh and Todd were both great in helping me with finding the proper tractor and attachments to fit all my needs. Also Amy was very helpful with putting together all the aftermarket attachments I wanted for my tractor. It was in and out of the shop ready to go quickly and everything was installed very professionally. The delivery driver Steve was very knowledgeable about the equipment and answered all my questions. I couldn't ask for better service.

My husband and I have been dealing with Everglades Equipment for more than 3 years for all types of tractors, mowers, and lawn equipment and have always had a great experience. Our primary contact is Josh, but all of the employees there are great. They treat us with respect and courtesy. They take care of our maintenance issues quickly and don't try to sell us anything that we don't need. We would definitely recommend Everglades Equipment in Sarasota.

We needed a generator before hurricane Ian made its way though our area. They didn’t have the one I Was actually looking for it the North Port store. The Everglades store inFt Meyers had the one I was looking for. An employee at the North Port store offered to make a special trip to the Ft Meyers store. We picked up our generator the next day. Recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new x350 from the Sarasota store. I was met initially by Martin, and then worked also with Cory. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. These guys are highly professional and know their equipment line well.
It is immediately apparent that the goal is to provide the customer with an ideal solution to his particular situation. Appropriate questions were asked by Martin, who then explained options. No sales pressure was added at any point. The suggested solution was not the most expensive option!
They are a great example of the Deere experience and I look forward to being a long-term customer.

I purchased a long reach chain saw from Amy at Everglades north port store!
It was super easy, took my Credit card over the phone and the GM met me at the job site with the saw! Then a couple weeks later, I call Amy and ordered more chains and BAM they were there!

Reached out to the North Port location to service my 155C riding mower. The customer service was exceptional and work was very prompt and fair. Had things running again and with new tires in no time. Hassle free! Would absolutely recommend these folks for yourselves!

Experienced the most awesome customer service I have ever had from the Sarasota store recently when my JD lawn tractor suddenly would not start after using all day. I misdiagnosed the problem as a bad starter ordered this from this dealer but could not remove old starter so decided to have the Sarasota store pick up and have it replaced. A good thing as I later learned it was not the starter but a bad battery and voltage regulator. The turnaround time from pickup diagnosis/repair and delivery was less than 14 hours! Special thanks to their Service Manager, Molly Fore for all of her professional assistance, communications and with coordinating the service and understanding my need to have my JD back in use to complete my landscaping project. I was credited with the purchase of my unused starter as well. Also, special thanks to Dave for his delivery service efforts especially navigating his truck and trailer backwards down by 450 foot twisting shell driveway when he picked it up!
I was totally impressed with this level of customer service and highly recommend this company for your JD service repair needs. They are truly a first class organization.

Went here instead of a big box store to get my new John Deere lawn tractor. I dealt with Martin and had a great experience. The tractor was put together correctly and delivered promptly, Martin also made ordering all the accessories just as easy. I’ll defiantly be back when I need service or other accessories. My son was even given a free John Deere hat which he has been wearing constantly now. Thank you Martin for making the whole process so easy and thinking of my son.
