Maggiore Bistro

This is a cute little bistro with good food. We ordered the Boom Boom Shrimp for the appetizer, a popular dish here in Florida. It wasn't the best version of it that I've had but it was pretty good. For my meal, I ordered the Eggplant Parmesan Sandwich with sweet potato fries. The sandwich was balanced with the right amount of sauce and cheese and the fries were crispy and crunchy which, is not easy with sweet potatoes. My friend had the Reuben and she said it was one the best she's had. The server, Rachel was personable and attentive. The atmosphere is cute and quaint and a perfect little lunch spot.

This was our first time visiting. It was karaoke night. Everyone was having a great time. The food was wonderful and the service was as well. I definitely recommend checking it out.

Love the atmosphere of the outdoor patio. A perfect spot to enjoy a beautiful night under the lights. Gabriella was an amazing server and the food was delicious! The eggplant tower, margarita shrimp and the chocolate covered key lime pie were all hits at our table. Happy to have found this great spot and such friendly service!

This was our first time here, I went to support the band Pipez & Cash. The food was fantastic, the service was top notch & the outside patio was beautiful. They had heaters & fire pits which was a nice touch. We got some appetizers, the bistro chips & boom boom shrimp were amazing! The house Sangria was also very yummy! Pipez & Cash were awesome! Hoping they will play here some more so we can bring more friends & family to join in the fun! Couldn’t tell you the last time I saw a check under 50 bucks, not only was everything great it was very affordable as well. We will certainly be back

The food here is to kill for! I HIGHLY suggest going on Wednesday after 4 PM for their famous ribs with many sauces for your liking! Some of the best ribs I have ever had. Everything here is just so delicious. The best restaurant in North Port! Also has live music on Fridays and occasionally karaoke on Saturdays. Come try this hidden gem! You wont be disappointed. Nicole (owner), Michele (owner), and her staff are incredible!

The food was delicious! But our server Gabriella was off the charts!! Such a beautiful and delightful young lady. She went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was perfect! She really is the glue that holds this place together.

Make sure you ask for her by name, and I guarantee this will be your new favorite place!!

We had heard such great things about Maggiore Bistro, that we wanted to go check it out ourselves. It was wonderful! The vibe, the food and service was excellent. We went went on a Wednesday night when their weekly special was baby back ribs. They were fall off the bone tender! We also had the margarita pasta which was delicious as well! And the berry sangria was tasty as well. We topped off our meal with a strawberry shortcake dessert that was so delicious. We will definitely go back and try more entrees off their wonderful menu.

A true hidden gem, very inviting Bistro, very comfortable atmosphere staffed by wonderful people. The cuisine is outstanding with that home cooked deliciousness. We sampled the Lobster Bisque and Creamy Mushroom soup, both flavorful and an excellent introduction to the rest of the menu. We had the Veal Madeira and the Baby Back Rib special. The Veal was cooked perfectly, freshly pounded, not too thin and coated and seasoned to perfection, tender and full of flavor, served on top of al dente pasta. The ribs were tender, juicy and had a large choice of sauces. We decided on the honey garlic which was similar to a Carolina mustard sauce, very nice blend, not too sweet and just the right amount of garlic. We thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Nice selection of beer and wine. This gem is off the main road, find it, you will love it!

It doesn’t get any better than Maggiore Bistro! The food and atmosphere are incredible and the waitstaff is even better! Karaoke night is always so much fun, too! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal and a great time.

Just ate dinner at Maggiore Bistro. The food was great, large portions, excellent price and the staff was outstanding. They had live entertainment which was an added perk. Truly a hidden gem located in a strip center. This is definitely a must try. You won’t be disappointed.

This restaurant is sooo good! We have been here several times and not once have we been disappointed! The food is truly outstanding! The best restaurant around here hands down!

Bema J’s Bistro is a great spot to grab a quiet and delicious lunch. Menu is diverse, food is fresh, and the service is always terrific. We had the Ahi Tuna salad this visit, which was the special of the day, and it was outstanding.

Our first time at the restaurant, we were very pleasantly surprised. My husband is super picky, so I'm always nervous. He loved his veal Marcela.

The place reminds me of a small "Cheers". The food is excellent, the service is flawless and it's comfortable.
I started with a cup of Lobster Bisque. Very flavorful and pieces of lobster in every bite. One of the best I've had.
I had the Chicken Bryan topped with goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes, comes with lettuce and tomatoes and a side. I chose Cole slaw which was very good and fresh.

Such a great little place. Always clean and friendly. Tonight we had the special Fish N Chips- very good, lightly battered and crispy, Cole slaw and fries & Shrimp Init, perfectly done with just the amount of spiciness! Wait staff was super attentive and on the ball!

We love Gabby! She is great with kids and is very knowledgeable about the menu. It’s so refreshing to see someone who loves their job and is so kind and helpful.
