Would add stars if I could. James was absolutely amazing throughout our time storing our belongings here. Very clean building. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend using them for your storage needs.

I have had a unit since 2020. I recently was there for a few weeks reorganizing & downsizing my unit.
Phil & James were such a great help & very accommodating. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Update - Phillip gets another 5 stars from me, I rented a second unit today 12/30/23 and he was the best!!! Made the whole process easy and still went over everything with me. I cannot stress enough what an awesome employee you guys have! Don't let him go.

08/26/23 Phillip was so great, very welcoming and professional but also so friendly and personable! He showed me a few units (which all were very clean and nicely accessible) and I decided on the one that fit my needs the best right there and then. He explained everything to a T to me with the paperwork, insurance and what Southern Self Storage has to offer. The units are very very fairly priced also. I highly recommend this facility to anyone and speak to Phillip when you go.

Customer there from 2021 until today 1/13/24 when i moved and closed my unit. Very reasonably priced. Very pleasant and helpful. Positive and outgoing employees willing to assist. Very clean and convenient.

Phillip @ Southern Self Storage was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! He went above & beyond to help my family out and even when I didn’t leave a message he called me back to make sure we were taken care of. They really do care about their tenants and will help out anyway they can. I’d recommend them to anyone any day. Thank you for your help!

Highly recommend! Excellent storage facility. Property manager Phil and Asst property manage James are very helpful and they keep this place very safe and very clean. I have rented space here a few times and the price is great and I feel very safe renting here. It's very convenient to Port Charlotte and North Port.

Phillip has a such a pleasant personality. He is smiling anytime you see him and is willing to do anything to help the customer.
