My wife booked me an appointment at this place. She got a massage from Devon. She told me it was one of the best massage she ever had. I received my massage yesterday. I’ve been struggling for quite some time with both my knees. Devon took the time to massage both legs at a comfortable level. He discussed ways to help me with my knees going forward. I walked into the place with a limp. I walked out with less pain in my knees. Today, I’m walking without pain or a limp. It’s been months since I was able to walk pain free. His hands are magical to say the least. During the massage, he was able to find the knots in my back and relief the tension. I didn’t have to direct him to the target spots. He found them and worked on them. I highly recommend you book a 90 minute session with Devon. You won’t be disappointed. I would give him 10 stars if I could. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I’m looking forward to my next appointment in a week.

I have not had a bad experience with this location ever. I've been a member for over 3 years now. I travel a lot for work and have been to many locations and can easily say this one is Top Tier. They are really flexible- and last week I had a great Massage with Devon- He understood exactly my pain points and worked on them. Thats what we all want from a therapist and he did a great job.

I would 1,000% recommend scheduling a facial with Alexis Marsh immediately!! Alexis provides an experience and results that you'd expect from a high end medical spa. She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and cares deeply about her clients. I always leave feeling revived with glowing skin!

I have been a member at this location since 2017 and always expressed high satisfaction with each therapist I’ve had the honor of booking with, and their technique. Not until today did I have my first exceptional customer service experience. I spoke with Emily who was incredibly kind and helpful with my current account needs and future appointments.

I have had several massages each time a different staff member and each are equally as good. They usually have no problem finding a spot for me and my partner ( I even tend to book last minute). They provide such a comfortable and relaxing environment. Massage tables are heated which not all places provided that extra feature.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Allison was definitely a skilled professional! After my microdermabrasion service I got a wonderful facial massage then used the hydro bed—so relaxing. Both receptionists were kind and very helpful. The phone is always answered promptly and it was easy to set up an appointment. Looking forward to my next visit.

We started going to ML maybe 5 years ago. Understanding the payment process, was confusing and annoying to me. Freeze/unfreeze seemed a simple concept, and I worked in finance, but their past employees made it confusing. Angelina has made it simple. We stayed through the years because it was/is clean. Glad we did.

Extremely nice helpful front staff. I have seen a couple of the massage therapists and found they are very professional and skilled.

Had an amazing one hour deep tissue massage from Hazel. Hazel made me feel safe and comfortable. She got all the spots I asked her to. When I walked out I felt like I was melting. Bravo Hazel! I received a Groupon for Christmas and was fortunate enough to get Joseph as my massage therapist. He listened to me AND my body. He is obviously very skilled and well trained. If it was in the budget, I'd go see him often, but I think he's spoiled me for all others!!! Thanks buddy 😎

Jill was amazing! My massage was so nice, and worth it! Jill ask me what area’s had the most tension and where I would like her to focus. Also recommend using the hydro bed before or after massage.

I went for a Swedish massage yesterday with Pierce and had a great experience. He did a wonderful job! I signed up for the monthly membership (seems like a great deal!), and I'm looking forward to future visits. I'm also interested in trying out the facials they offer as well, but as of now, I can only report that the massages are high quality. In terms of the customer service, the staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

This place is amazing!! The staff are courteous, the massage therapists are great (especially Heidi and Kim), and the atmosphere is clean, calming, and professional. My husband and I have been going here monthly for about a year now and we absolutely love it! Each of the therapists have their own style so depending on what you are looking for (relaxation, deep tissue, specific knots/pain, etc.) there are always other therapists that may be a better fit. It's also great that if you don't use your membership hours every 30 days, the hours accumulate and you can use them for 90 minute massages or multiple massages in a month. Love it here and would highly recommend to anyone!
