Alvaro's Family Restaurant

Went there for breakfast with my wife. She had your basic breakfast......I on the other hand, had the Mexican breakfast. Maria was nice and let me order it even tho it was after 11am.
Wow....I feel like I'm telling a secret that I swore I would never speak of.....Chile Relleno WOW. My 2 over easy eggs were on refried beans on crisp tortillas. What a wonderful treat today. I couldn't stop eating. On a plate this full I'm usually taking some left overs home. Not today. We'll done!!!!!
Guess we're going to have to go back for dinner and try the Italian side of the menu. But we'll do that another day..... I'm still stuffed.

The food was excellent cook and seasoned to perfection. We were visiting and someone recommended thus place we came for breakfast one day and had to return the next day as we were very happy with food, service, atmosphere and price. We will definitely return when we are back in the area. Thank You Alvaro's for amazing food and service

My 2 sisters/1 bro-in-law ate here and the meal was EXCELLENT. Home-cooked, delicious, reasonable$, super nice (gal) server. We'd go back but don't live near here. EAT HERE; you won't be disappointed!!!

Great family restaurant been there for breakfast and recently lunch omelete was delicious the stromboli the size of a football just fantastic. I can't wait to try the Sunday breakfast buffet!!!!

This is a great place to eat.everyone who works here is friendly. They are very on top of getting you everything you need . The food is soooo good. You all should try this place. Still the same years later. Great prices ,great tasting food . Typical Italian food chicken parmesan, ziti ,linguine you name it all made delicious . They also have some Greece dishes. Spinach pie .. Large portions served with soup or salad. pictures to follow of what we ordered. And so much food we always have to take alot home .super delicious the 2nd heat up and sometimes the 3 rd heat up because of the large portions. The prices so reasonable. Go you will see. And last but not least the Tara massu dessert is the best I have ever had. And normally no matter how many times I've try tera Tara massu dessert I hated it. But Alvaro's is the absolutely the most delicious 😋. No matter how full I am I get it . Even if I take it to go to eat later.

Wanted to try a restaurant that we had never been to and was not a "chain". Alvaro's was one we had put on our list. Arrived @12:45 on a weekday. There was no wait and was greeted right away and seated. We had previewed their menu online so we knew what we were ordering. Our meals came with salads and the timing before the food arrived was perfect. The food was amazing, the portions will not disappoint and our server was attentive and friendly. As we ate we noticed other customers arriving and being greeted by name and sat in their "usual" booth. I got a very neighborly feeling in Alvaro's and felt very much at home. I can see us becoming a regular there as well...not just because the food is great, but also for the warm atmosphere. We will be back!!

We decided to come here for breakfast was told it was like a diner, so at first we were unsure how things would turn out as we can be picky about food establishments. This place did not disappoint for breakfast. They had quite a selection from the menu. I felt like I found a lot of Greek Italian and Mexican options so at first we thought when you go to a restaurant that crosses that line typically it isn’t good everything we got was wonderful. I would definitely try it, I hear they have a buffet some days as well.

Just recently had a birthday dinner with my mother. She had wanted to try this place out. I was pretty impressed. It was all very good Italian food and the pizza was a really good pizza. And to put some contacts to that. I'm a New Yorker so I can be up tight about my pizza a little bit. The chicken parm was also absolutely fantastic. And the house salad I had was extremely fresh, crisp, clean and perfect!

Best pizza I have had since we moved to the area 2 and half years ago. Generous topping on the pizza and great crust. Also a great Sunday brunch.

First time I've been here. The food and service was good.

I have never in my life taken a bite out of my lunch and thought "I'm going to leave a review on google"... THAT'S how good this place is. Anything under five stars is a lie. If I could give them 6 stars I would. The waitress was very sweet...The egg burger wasn't on the menu but they made it for me anyways.

First time eating and definitely will be going back, Food great and service excellent.

A friend recommended to us, I grew up here but hadn’t been before. We just moved back to the area and figured we would try since we are down the road.
Everyone is very kind.
Ordered take out, no problem getting them on the phone to place order. Food was ready quickly.
We had an order mishap but they corrected with no issue.
We will order again and plan to come for breakfast.

There are too many things on the menu and they serve you too much food. You can get a home cooked meal for the price of a fast food visit and take home leftovers. Their breakfast is the best value in town and even though all the locals eat here there are plenty of tables and booths for everyone. The staff is friendly and efficient but I have to admit my favorite server is Ashli. Made famous by their Italian cuisine and award winning breakfasts, I'm confident you'll leave here full and happy no matter what you pick.

We love going to local places but we have forgotten about Alvaro's. This evening we went for early dinner. What a pleasant surprise! Our server, Gina, was a delight. The food was wonderful. The service was amazing!

Ordered Chicken Marsala, absolutely delicious and so much of it. Have to finish for lunch tomorrow. Came with choice of soup or salad, salad was fresh and crisp also garlic bread too!

Good place to get a variety of food for good prices it's not fine dining but the portions are generous and service is good.

Always good food, great service at a very reasonable price.
