Good experience renting. I was late from work, was able to rent car just in time before store closed. Drop off was very easy as well

I recently had the opportunity to rent a vehicle from Enterprise for a week, and I must say that my experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Andy, who provided outstanding assistance and ensured a smooth rental process.

However, shortly after picking up the vehicle, I encountered an unexpected issue when the check engine light came on. I immediately returned to Enterprise, and I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently they handled the situation. The staff made it incredibly easy for me to switch to a different vehicle, understanding the importance of my time and convenience.

Upon returning the vehicle at the end of my rental period, I received an unexpected follow-up call from Enterprise. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly shone through as they genuinely wanted to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience. The courtesy and professionalism displayed by the team were commendable.

Overall, my encounter with Enterprise left a lasting positive impression on me. I have rented a vehicle at this location before but I don't remember leaving a review. I had a great experience overall. The manager, I forgot his name I'm sorry!, helped me and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I appreciate this company and the people working their. Excellent service. I was from out of town renting a car in Ft Wth and returning it to Georgia. The price was decent and the car was in immaculate shape. Drove like a dream and the service was great on both ends.

They have been amazing.. I had a friend of the family who is a mechanic install a clutch in my Volkswagen Jetta well.. he stole the money we gave him and took parts out of our car. Needless to say I have been renting a car from them for the last 2 months until my car is officially fixed and they have been very kind generous and worked with me along the way

We had a great experience with this Rental except for one thing. The car reeked of cigarettes when we picked it up.

Great Customer Service, they are always so friendly when you walk in. We have rented from them the last 3 years when making our trips to see our family for the holidays. We will continue to rent from them. They make you feel welcome when you come in the door to pick up your rental. When dropping it off it's normally after hours but they call the next day to see how everything went & if there were any problems. They send me my receipts to my email, so that I can print them off for my records. They are great & I highly recommend them.

My family was hit by a driver the day before leaving on vacation. We had to have our vehicle towed and were without the van for several weeks. I can not say enough positive things about the customer service at this Enterprise! Every interaction was just above and beyond. Top notch, positive, thoughtful… just pleasant people to be around. They truly cared about our needs and worked hard to get us in a vehicle that worked for our large family. Even my daughters noticed the vibe there. Awesome environment and would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of a rental.

I do a lot of traveling with my job and deal with a lot of rental car locations. I have to say this has been one of my best experiences. Andy and the entire team were absolutely 5 star.

Picked me up at home on time, 15 - 20 minutes at Enterprise and off I go. Vehicle performed perfectly for about 2,300 total miles driven. Returned vehicle and was being taken home in 15 -20 minutes. Excellent customer service and a fair price ...

Enterprise Carrollton, GA always goes above and beyond when it comes to getting me a vehicle I want and need for business or personal trips. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They keep a good level of vehicles for availability and are willing to source one if there is not one that meets my needs.
