The associate, Sully assisted me with locating the product, kindly sharing conversation and helpful with my purchase. I was well pleased.

All of the sales associates go out of their way to help. Very knowledgeable as well. I like to physically go into this store because I end up picking up a few things that I normally would not have picked up online. Also, we need to support our local business, especially here when their prices beat Amazon. They give jobs to local works and pay rent to landlords helping the economy. Also its fun to shop here.

I needed a lot of stuff printed for my classroom, and Terrence and everyone else at the store were extremely helpful. I'll definitely return whenever I need to print, and as a teacher, that's often. Exceptional service!

This print team has saved me multiple times! The employees here do great work and they are fast. I always think I can do print jobs at home and something seems to go wrong last minute every time! This time, Tim took my print job even though the sign was up that the full service print station was closed for the evening and my order was due the next day. I ran out of ink at home and need these printouts ready before the store opens tomorrow. It’s a small order but it means so much to me that they rushed it through to help me! Thank you so much! All of the managers and staff are great. Terrance and AKIRA helped me the last time I was here. Everyone at this location gives over 200% to their customers. This Atlanta, Office Depot Office Max in Sandy Springs is AWESOME! I’ve been coming here for over 2 years since Covid began. The service is always consistent, pleasant and professional. The store always clean and organized. I’m here all the time to take care of my business needs and they have never disappointed. Never a long line, they move fast and get the job done! Great job you all! Keep up the excellent work! I love this store!

I took my exasperating keyboard into the store. I had questions about new keyboards and mouses. The check out clerk paged an associate, SKULLY. He took time to listen, understood my problem, showed me what I needed. He explained the difference in this and that and why he would recommend this one over that one. He was so very helpful. I could t have done this without him.

I visited the Mt. Vernon HWY location today to pick up a print order, and was greeted at the door by the store manager, who was also taking care of a drive-up order as I walked in. Immediately upon finishing with the drive up customer, this employee, Matt, asked me if I needed help with anything in particular. To make a long story short, he went out of his way to assist me with a large print order, and he did so with professionalism and a friendliness. During the time it took for him to help with my order issue (about 20 minutes total) he warmly greeted 3 other customers who entered the store, answered 2 phone calls to assist customers over the phone, and even helped a fellow employee who asked for assistance at the front desk. He didn’t skip a beat during any of these interruptions, and he showed the absolute highest level of customer service while doing so. I’m so grateful for his expertise and patience in helping me today!

Clean, well-stocked store with an extremely helpful team of employees. They worked together (and with the manager) to help me decide the best way forward with my print job, giving me plenty of options and working within my budget. The job was completed quickly and the service was excellent.

This is my default office supply store and come there quite often - I have been shopping there for a few years now. It always has been a great experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and there is always someone available to help and/or answer my question. When product is not available in the store they always offer to search the Office Depot online. I have order from PC to stationary there and delivery has been always faster than I anticipated.

The print team is incredible. Specific shout out to Terrance & Cole! Their customer service, attention to detail, work ethic, and overall personalities are simply wonderful. They've helped me with so many print jobs. I have no idea what I would do without them. Thank you both for all you do!

Had to get some cards printed and they were ready in less than a day! I called the store 2/19 around 3:30PM and I couldn’t catch the name of the person who I spoke with but he was so polite and helpful. He was in the printing department. The woman at the register gave me excellent information that helped me restore a beat up old easel for my granddaughter. She suggested what products would work from the store and then gave additional options. She was very knowledgable, and I appreciated the personal attention. Plus, her suggestions worked.
