I’ve been coming to Felicia to get my hair done for over 11 years! I was 16 the first time I got my hair done at her salon and I fell in love! She is absolutely amazing and is a true professional. She will spend as much time necessary to make my hair look perfect. Felicia saves my color and knows exactly how I like my high lights done and how my layers should hang to bring out my facial features. It’s honestly so refreshing to know Felicia will always make my hair look gorgeous! I don’t go anywhere else! I would highly recommend her. She is amazing with color and will have you looking like a natural beauty!!!

Felicia is amazing! I’ve been going to her for years and I’ve never been disappointed. My color is always perfect and the highlights look so natural. My haircuts are always done the way I ask and are so precise. The blow dry is like the icing on the cake! She spends so much time on my hair making sure it’s perfect. I would highly recommend her!

I found you! :) Felicia started doing my hair, years ago (>20yrs), when i was in my 20's, in Coral Gables, Florida. She is the best colorist. She had to correct the color from years of stylists who didn't know what they were doing. She's only person i know who does the best blow out for very curly hair- and it Lasts! And as stated here, in another person's review, my haircut is always complemented because they're current-trend, yet classic- makes me look years younger and they ask me "what salon do you go to".? I live an hour south of this salon. And i will travel it, everytime. i'm here to stay! Feliica, i found you! xo

Polo salon is THE best! Felicia does the best work! I get amazing hi-lights and I’ve been coming for over 4 years! Felicia does everything, I even got my prom hair done and it was amazing! I highly recommend Polo Salon!

Excellent Service. Good results with hair regrowth using their proprietary products. Also, I get periodic facials there that result in smooth, trouble free skin even though I am exposed to the sun all the time on my boat and on the golf course. Could not be more satisfied.

Keratin treatment and cut were outstanding! Felicia takes her time to make you leave gorgeous!

I received a Groupon for Polo Salon & Spa as a gift and couldn't even make an appointment. When I called and told them I had a Groupon, the woman asked me to hang on a second and I heard her talking to someone (I assume it was the manager). The manager then got on the line and very hastily asked what I needed and I told her I had a Groupon for a haircut the next day and she responded "We don't have any appointments at all this week for THAT!" and then she hung up on me. I waited 30 minutes later and called back as a non-groupon holder and inquired about making a hair cut appointment and the woman on the phone was so polite and said she had appointments available today and could fit me in tomorrow and the next day. I am going to report them to Groupon and get a refund and take my money elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money at this place. I've received better customer service at a McDonald's drive thru.

This place is soooo RUDE and completely unprofessional. I tried to make an appointment for the day I purchased for but the receptionist kept saying that I had to use it the same day but there was not appointment available. I kept telling her that it's not what Groupon said. Finally she hung up on me. Tell everyone not to go there!! They are horrible!!!! I am reporting it to Groupon and BBB, because it's not right to treat people that way.

Read the response from the owner to Kelly's comment dated about 6 months ago. I can't believe any sensible business would have the guts to tell their customers (even the ones you don't like) "you aren't very smart". Well, that tells it all, didn't it?

Bought this as a Christmass present for my girlfriend on Groupon! HUGE MISTAKE! I could not even simply book her an appointment! When I called in she was listing anointments for tomorrow once she knew we had the groupon she said that actually the only appointment that was available was a few weeks away I asked to speak to a manager or the owner and she hung up. Tried calling back several times but she just slamed the phone down every time! Got a Refund from groupon. Wish I would of read the other poor reviews on here before buying this groupon!

This just happened to me too! I had a living social voucher. The lady said I would need a cut $45 and then wanted to charge me $25 because my hair was too long. F that! I walked out and got my money back from living social. DO NOT GO HERE!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Had bought a Groupon for this place and the owner was an absolute monster when she found out about the discount. Didn't want to schedule me for an appointment, was arrogant and condescending. Cut my loss and didn't end up going, because if her customer service skills are as good as her hairstyling skills, then I'm sure I would have been severely disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Wow the owner of this place is so nasty even responding to reviews here.

1. You are a hair salon. If you cut 2 inches or 2 feet off my hair it shouldn't matter. I have been getting haircuts all my life and a charge based on hair length or its quality is in no way standard practice.

2. It's pretty clear that your business practices are very unprofessional and your salon doesn't seem capable of providing the services promised. It doesn't appear that anyone had a good experience.

3. Denying appointments to people who have prepaid for your services is fraudulent. I hope living social and groupon charge back any funds you have received. These people took a chance and prepaid for services and you treated them like they were worthless. Groupons work well for businesses that provide excellent service because customers will keep coming back. Not surprising that after experiencing your rude staff and lack of service people are running in the other direction.

4. Your Salon is definitely not for anyone who wants to receive good and professional services, so I hope that's what you meant when you said it was a poor fit for people. Honestly you should be deeply ashamed for your behavior and the quality of service you are providing.

I bought a Groupon for the Keratin Treatment with the Formaldyhyde Free formula for my daughter , because she was obviously allergic to previous ones she has had. I called to make an appointment for "any" up coming Saturday because of my work schedule. When I stated that I had a GROUPON, the person on the phone, sounded disgusted and exasperated. Then she said, "we don't normally service "YOU PEOPLE" on Saturday's... because we have these groupon deals for our down time during the week. We reserve our Saturday appointment's for our "REGULAR CLIENTS".. We will not lose our regular clients for one of "YOU PEOPLE".. So i kept my cool. As she said we can make an opening for your daughter on the following Saturday. Can you have her here by 930am? Which I stated, YES.. As she took my name and telephone number... I proceeded to say, you know, this is the first time I have ever bought a Groupon and have a conversation like this.. You should really try to make an effort to be a little more polite and accomadating to customers calling in on these deals... MY money is just as good as anyone else's money and you never know, I may become a regular client if I like your services.. But, I sense a bit of hostily on your end. She said and I quote" WE WILL NOT LOSE A REGULAR CLIENT FOR PEOPLE LIKE YOU, IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT CALL GROUPON AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!" I said I will! and she hung up on me.. So, I called back ASKED for a MANAGER and she proceeded to say, well I thought you were going to get your money back and HUNG UP on me!!!
They are RUDE, RACIST, DISCRIMANT AND I WILL LET EVERYONE I CAN KNOW, HOW NASTY THEY ARE!

Horrible place. I was there for hours of unexpected time. The owner was sloppily eating in front of me. Soaked me in the washing station 3 times ( after a while it wasn’t even worth complaining about because she wana the going to do anything. Other than horrible service, my hair came out horrendous and I had to get it fixed. I wanted “ombré” and she assured me she could do it. When my hair came out with a straight blond line under brown, I was horrified! Do not go here. I was shocked, I said something and pointed several places and she knowingly burnt my hand, she said people who have ombré wear it curly and that’s how it is. After a hour of trying to convince me that I’m wrong, her rude husband came in and yelled at me calling me a “Millennial” I lost my sh!t. He’s a money grubbing a$$h0le with a mail order bride from the 60s that doesn’t care anything about customer service! DO NOT GO HERE
