Akia and her team were AMAZING! I didn’t know what to expect as an out of town shopper but Akia was great at communicating with me consistently and making me feel like I was not so far away. She sent pics, got on face time, and sent me videos, etc. to keep me in the loop throughout the entire process. Jaye was just as great with providing back office administrative support and keeping me updated throughout. Akia is very knowledgeable and goes “all in” for her client.
