I like this store. They always have the part I want when I want it. I also like the convenience of if they don't have it I can get it delivered to the store the same day I want it. Their prices are usually a little lower than the other auto parts stores. The people here know what's going on and act professional. I definitely recommend this store. God bless.

I went to get my battery fixed and Bryan was soooooo sweet and very professional . He answered all the questions I had. He also changed my battery in such a quick period of time . Very professional and accurate . I highly recommend this branch. Inside of the store is well organized and as soon as you walk in they're ready to help you !

Great customer service! I had stopped shopping at this particular one years ago, but decided to give it a try and to my amazement I was pleasantly surprised!!! Bless you all and have a Merry Christmas! I loved that the black staff were wearing mask, maybe the white staff will be as considerate as them.

very good service. I sent my teenage daughter to get new wiper blades for her vehicle and she had my mother tag along. I asked how it went and they both told me that Doug went above and beyond with the customer service. Not only did her install the new wiper blades he gave her a great price on them. He was very helpful and nice to my daughter and that made me so happy! I will NEVER shop at another auto parts store again. I will tell my friends and coworkers to shop here as well. Thanks Doug for your kindness and willingness to help my daughter. You rock!!!

Just want to say thanks to Paul, fantastic assistant manager that works there. Got my battery fixed by a professional who understood what he was doing, fast, and without hassle. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Nicole at O'Reilly Auto Parts was great. She tested my battery and alternator and let me know what was wrong. This store has wonderful customer service.

Great customer service! I had gone to advance Auto and AutoZone which both places told me they could not help me put a light bulb in without even checking it out. But here at O'Reilly's he said yes let me take a look for you and see if I can. His name is Jason and for him to go out of his way to at least take a look at it meant a lot to me. He ended up putting the light bulb in, it was a simple job. Those other places just showed pure laziness. So thank you Jason at O'Reilly's I appreciate your help!!!

This is the first place I stop to get my parts. If they don't have it they will order it. If you they have to order your parts you do have to pay for it in full upfront.
