Mattress Firm North Port

My husband and I went in yesterday really only to try out beds, how they feel and then shop around. Andy was our salesperson, very calm and knowledgeable. I knew from their website the prices there were a bit over our price range of $1000. We explained we had a 11 year old mattress, we are in our 30’s with horrible body pain and our budget was $1000. Boy he did a great job and was very patient. He answered all my questions and pointed us in the right direction, each time letting us know the price. He showed us some mattress in a box options and we expressed our concern with the height for our platform and he showed us what each height felt like. He explained the return policies. We were able to walk out within an hour, with our new mattress, mattress protector, and be $100 under budget. We highly recommend.

Andy was phenomenal help for finding the perfect replacements. Bill was also of great assistance I can really say they are a great team. Thank you Andy for your help it was tremendously valuable in the customer service is great!

Buying a new Mattress at Mattress Firm was a very pleasant experience. The sleep expert was very knowledgeable, and very pleasant. We did not feel pressured at all. We took overnight to sleep on it and check reviews, and feel.we purchased the right mattress at the right place, at the right price

Andy was INCREDIBLY helpful with all my annoying questions. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive bed set. He got to know me and my situation and made SUGGESTIONS on what might fit my family best. I felt NO PRESSURE. I didn't purchase that same night He helped me. He let me go home to just think about it before I decided. Make sure if you go in and He helps you, if you decide to buy online from home , at least call Andy so he can get the commission. HE DRSERCES EVERY BIT IF IT AND MORE. I will go back in future BASED on my experience with that man. My family thanks you Andy!!!

Andy was fantastic. He found the mattress I wanted and I was able to pick up the same day. If I had ordered on the internet, I would have not received it until 30 December!

I purchased box springs from Mattress Firm. My order was made on line with Andy. He was very polite and answered all of my questions. He made my purchase very easy.
