We had a great experience with Charlotte Plumbing. They did quality work, they showed up when they said they would, and communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The office is very organized and easy to get a hold of. Our project required two separate visits and we got a phone call confirming each one ahead of time.

The final bill was exactly what they said it would be in the estimate. We had three estimates and went with Charlotte Plumbing because they had the lowest price. It's not very often you get such good service and quality work from the company with the lowest price. Thank you Charlotte Plumbing!

Charlotte Plumbing responded to a warranty call on a hot water heater. They were very quick to respond. Scheduled within a reasonable time line, showed up on time and prepared with the necessary equipment to carry out the repairs. The plumbers that were on site were very nice and went above and beyond in remediating the issues they found. Called 4 days before Christmas about a clog we had which led to not being able to use our kitchen sink, dishwasher or washing machine. They sent out a technician NEXT DAY and stated he would arrive between 12-3. Our plumber arrived at 12:01 on the dot, I explained the issue, he did his thing & was out of there in less than 35 minutes. He was very nice and explained the remedy. We are new to the area, and had another company come out and give us a quote that I thought was EXTREMELY HIGH. I called Charlotte Plumbing who not only was very helpful, but confirmed the quote I received from the other company was HIGH. Charlotte Plumbing came in at a reasonable price and were professional from start to finish. Rich was awesome on the job, and Courtney handled the administrative side perfectly. To fix 6 plumbing issues, they quoted us at less than half of what 2 other Port Charlotte plumbers quoted. Despite several unexpected issues arising requiring extra work and parts, the final price we paid was only $250 more than the quote. He took the time to explain the work to me twice. He was patient and flexible and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Courtney was a superstar. We had a water heater fail while under warranty. Although Charlotte Plumbing no longer carries that brand, Courtney went after the manufacturer and got us an exact replacement unit. We only paid for the cost of installation. Overall, it took a couple of weeks but Courtney never gave up or stopped communicating with us. I would recommend this crew.

I want to thank both Shannon from the showroom and Brian from the plumbing department. Shannon was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me get the best deal on a new hot water heater and Brian was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable with both delivery and installation.

We use Charlotte Plumbing for 2 houses. These guys who come to our houses are the bomb! Jay, Harry (we miss him!) and today was Matt. They are awesome and very kind. They are wonderfully kind to my elderly mother, who lives alone, and she is comfortable with them entering her home. Thank you, Charlotte Plumbing! They are experienced and they get the job done.

Within 1 week of initially calling, the service we needed has been completed professionally and even better than our expectations. The communication with the office and the thoroughness of the plumber were both top notch. We will return again anytime we have any plumbing needs!

Thank God for Dorian. I didn't want to hear we'll snake it. I wanted to hear why my plumbing wasn't working and how it will be fixed. I can throw a smoke down the pipe and say the rosary. I wanted a professional to come it out the problem tell me and fix it. That's when Dorian knocked on the door. Came in with friendly face loved my dog came into house and said ok let's see what the problem is. Listened to me ran the pipes saw the problem explained it to me was honest about everything and most importantly fixed it and made my mind at ease by explaining the situation to me.
And then Courtney following up a few days later to make sure everything was fixed and still working. Thank you Dorian, thank you Courtney and thank you Charlotte plumbing.

The owner is very personable. The plumber, Jay was on time, worked hard getting both shower valves installed. He was very neat & clean. He picked all the old plumbing. He was very personable. The price was so reasonable. We will definitely be calling for any future needs at Charlotte Plumbing for Jay! We highly recommend their company!

I needed a water heater mine was leaking. I call Charlotte Plumbing and office moved things around and Matt out. He installed that water heater and didagreat job. He was in and out.Job well done.Lets not forget the office girl . She's the one who linedusfor the job. But I forgot her name. Great People.

Had a problem with water backing up between two sinks and the dishwasher. Brian showed up on time and fixed it quickly. Could not have been nicer or more professional. Told us there was a minimum (to be expected!) and said with the time left, he would be happy to go to each of our bathrooms and check things out. He cleaned the drains and reset two of the faucets. Frankly, if he had just left and charged us the minimum, we would not have been the wiser. Great job, good to work with and honest! I would recommend them in a heartbeat

With what I would have spent in time and money to gather supplies for a D.I.Y., they came and got it done. Dorian was our plumber and was very personable and professional. Look at the photo. Our new outdoor spigot looks so pretty!!!
