My fiancé had my engagement ring custom made by Charlie and Christine. I am so in love with it. They have perfectly captured the uniqueness and meaning behind his vision of our life and I can’t stop staring at it on a constant basis. We went back to them to inquire about a custom made band for it and I am truly excited to see it come to life. I highly recommend their services for anything ! I recently gave Precise Diamonds a very bad review and now must retract it with my deepest apologies. When Charlie & Christine saw my post, they immediately reached out to me and asked me the bring the piece Charlie had done back to them. He tested it and it was indeed sterling silver instead of 14ct white gold, through no fault of his. The supplier had made a mistake and sent the wrong item. Charlie had no way of knowing. They happily refunded our money and we're already making plans to have them make a ring for me out of my mother's jewelry. Again, I must apologize and hope I didn't turn anyone away from Precise Diamonds. Charlie & Christine are very gracious business owners.

Recently my husband and I purchased a right-hand ring for me to celebrate our 12th wedding anniversary. Charlie and Christine were kind and knowledgeable from the time we walked in to “just look” at jewelry through the day we came back to purchase and the day we picked up the ring. Christine shared in my joy and helped me decide between two rings and gave me an honest opinion on what best fit my hand. This ring was made by Charlie, and it is absolutely stunning. They handle sizing in house which means your ring never leaves the store. Please give them a try for your jewelry needs.

SOO HAPPY! A MILLION TIMES I WOULD RECOMMEND CHARLIE AND CHRISTINE... This was my first time here and I was nervous due to just moving to here from north. My engagement ring is 15 yrs old and and I brought my new wedding band wrap in to have them soldered. I never had my engagement ring serviced. (I know bad move on me). But Charlie examined my ring very thoroughly and said the prongs needed replaced and it was no problem to do. I was nervous cause this ring means a lot to me. He knows I was nervous and he really was patient and explained in detail everything that he was going to do. I also needed it sized and the guards on the wrap removed. Christine came out and was talking to me reassuring everything was going to be ok. She's amazing. Also, they went over the price with me and can't believe how responsible it was. Also they do the work right there so it does not have to be sent out. Which I loved!!!!! So I left them the rings and they called me THE NEXT DAY. I picked them up and OMG Guys..... I cried it was so beautiful... Blew me away with the work they did. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Christine and Charlie for making my dream wedding ring. It's so shiny and perfect!!!! We recently had an occasion to have the special piece appraised and found that the $400 white gold charm holder was only worth $5 and made of sterling silver instead of white gold.

Please disregard the above review. Christine reached out to us and a mistake was made through a supplier that Charlie didn't know about. Our money was refunded and we are planning to have Charlie make a piece for me out of my mother's jewelry. I apologize for any doubt I may have caused anyone with regard to Precise Diamonds. Can you give more than 5 stars? From our first trip in to picking up my ring was, what can I say, PRICELESS! We combined some stones we had and added additional and chose what we wanted. A mix of white and rose gold. When we picked it up I was speechless. To say it was beautiful is an understatement. Next, we will have his ring made. I can't thank you enough. I met with the owners of Precise Diamonds and we discussed how sentimental the ring is to me and they helped to create a beautiful ring that had not only the diamond from my great grandmother's ring but we were also able to incorporate some gold and diamonds from a second family member's ring as well. Amazing people and quality! I had to get my engagement ring resized from 5.5 to 4.5. Every place I called said it would take them two weeks, but this place said to come in and it would be done in 5 days. When I came in, the lady said her jeweler is here and it will be done by the end of the day, but I was leaving to Paris for a week, in an hour, and told them not to rush it, since I’m leaving. They said to give them 30 mins and it would be done! I left to a grocery store and got a call back from them within 20 mins saying that it’s done! They did an amazing job, everything fits perfect! Definitely recommend this place!
