Publix Super Market at Cocoplum Village Shops

Very clean, amazing deli and bakery section. I love their bogo items. Sadly, They run out of green tea regularly. I also love their international aisle. Customer Service is par excellence!

Every time I visit Florida, I always have to get a deli sandwich (aka Pub sub) from Publix. This time I tried the bacon and ranch chicken tender sandwich, while my sister got the buffalo chicken tender sandwich and my brother-in-law the jerk turkey. I think the buffalo and the bacon ranch were the best. Huge sub sandwiches, fantastic service, and a really great price. Not to mention a grocery store that's wonderfully organized and clean. Wish we had one in Utah!

Publix is the king or Queen of groceries here in Florida. Always a great selection of different items. I particularly love their raw large shrimp, as they are flavorful and well cleaned. A bit pricier in some area, but worth a trip sometimes.

Excellent customer service! Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I spoke with one of the managers, he was super knowledgeable about the questions I asked him. Publix has its own internal IT department and they are doing a fantastic job at that! My hats off to all the men and women working at Publix! Keep up the good work and stay knowledgeable!

My neighborhood local Publix... Probably the best publix employees outside of Lakeland.

They've never complained when I walk in 5 minutes of 10pm to grab a quick item or something (dinner, snack, drink, friendly smile, etc...). Sometimes I'll even professionally shop the store for gig work and they are super accommodating, even when the app screws up and doesn't send them sandwich orders. Left there at 1030pm the other evening cause of an instacart error. They made the sandwichs for the customer & were very patient. If there was to be a Publix on the west coast of Florida open until 11pm/midnight, this would be my first choice!

Never an issue locating items, one of the best Delis and Bakeries outside a local family owned and run shop, super helpful employees even when you know where something is and are heading that way you'll be asked if you need assistance finding anything. One night, jokingly, they tried to lock me in and have me help with restocking, they did let me out to go eat though.

I just love Publix’s grocery stores. Always have good quality of food meats always clean parking lot is always clean. You don’t see shopping carts everywhere. It’s just a really good store. Yes a little pricey, but it is so worth it.

It's the nicest as well as the biggest publix in the area. It's my number one choice for grocery shopping. I love the bogo deals!

I love the $5.00 sushi deals on Wednesdays. The deli always has a large variety of fresh salads, and the bakery department can't be beat. Best butttercream frosting anywhere!

The Gardens of Northport bring us to Publix every other week. We always manage to find everything on our list and more, especially with the help of the employees there. The food is always fresh not outdated and displayed where it is very easy to reach.

This location is our favorite super market for 5 month every year. The store is exceptionally clean and the staff are among the most helpful and courteous we've ever encountered. It's so nice to be recognized and welcomed as regular customers.
Please tell me why customers with Canadian cell phones cannot download the new app. We're a significant part of your customer base in the winter and likely very important to your bottom line.
My wife and I have the self-scanning and payment app for Sam's club. So there's no good reason that I can see why the Publix app is not available. Please reconsider. D⚓K

UPDATE:
All it took was a single email message to Publix Customer Service and they fixed up the issue regarding access to the app. One of their I.T. reached out to us and they opened it to all of their customers. Wow! What service. Upgraded to 5 Stars. Thank you Publix.

I regularly shop 3 different Publixs, depending on where I'm coming from. The Cocoplum Publix seems to have a better variety of food than the other stores. The only hangup is that the parking is more difficult.

It's clean and employees are friendly.

Sometimes the meat dept doesn't have the shelves stocked (11am) there is one worker in that dept that will make up excuses and not grab anything for you. It's not easy to get back. Other stores will get it for you.
Other than that I recommend this Publix.

Publix always clean, bright, and upscale markets. Exceptional deli and bakery.

This particular location is clean, with friendly workers, and stocked shelves. I usually go for the BOGO deals and the delicious subs.

The prices of the items not on sale are a little high but that's to be expected. You pay a little bit higher price for a cleaner store with higher-quality people.

I was shopping at Walmart a few days ago. Grabbed some juice from the cooler and overheard a manager talking to one of her subordinates, "I've been asking for a day and it hasn't been done do I need to use different words so that you will understand me? Is there something else that I need to say so that you will do what you're told!"

Completely ridiculous. I'll be shopping at Publix from now on.

Always friendly. Amazing breads. Best fried chicken and chicken tenders ANYWHERE. Potato wedges are out of this world. They have a lot of ready to eat foods. I just haven't tried them yet.

Very clean in all areas of the the store. The employees are well trained & are very helpful when needed & very pleasant when you speak to them!
