The alternator purchased 2 months ago in another state failed. The staff responded kindly to my problem. The generator was quickly replaced with a new one without any unnecessary complications. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the Alvansed Auto Parts store for their assistance. You are best!

OMGGGGG Adam was and is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! He changed my battery for me on my 2017 Chevy Malibu(when they normally don't do these) the way this battery was encased you would think my car was powered by the Hope Diamond or something! Just ridiculous! But Adam went above and beyond for me! Thank you again Adam for helping me get back on the road!

The gentleman that helped me went beyond my expectations he definitely knew his job and he did whatever he could to help me I wish I could remember his name all I know is he’s 24 and very handsome

I visited to get a new battery and had the store install it. Why not, after all installation is included and it saves me a trip to return the old battery.

I was pleasantly surprised that the store was well staffed. I had called ahead to verify my battery was in stock. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and it was a good experience that'll keep me coming back.

I usually buy my windshield wipers here, I purchased them for my last three vehicles, and they’re easy order ahead online is the best option because they offer great discounts. Additionally I like that they install the wipers on site free of charge. Very friendly and courteous.

Over the past two years I've had to limp my car into Advance twice. The guys there have always gone above and beyond to help me out. The first time it was just an alternator that I was able to replace in the parking lot. I didn't have a couple of the tools I needed so they loaned them to me.

The second time wasn't an easy fix and required a tow. It was HOT so I waited for the wrecker inside. While I was waiting they brought me a chair and a cold bottle of water from behind the counter so I could sit while I waited. That might not sound like much, but these days real customer service is hard to find. I'm 67 years old and have arthritis in both knees so the chair and the water were greatly appreciated!

I tried the online purchase for the first time today. I got 20% off and my parts where there waiting 9n me. I signed the receipt and was done. Super fast very convenient and great price. I have to recommend this place. God bless.

Great experience. Car would not start. AAA jumped it then it seemed fine. Guys checked for a compatible battery before I came in, tested it first just in case, and then installed it while I waited. Thanks Lane.

A dealership wanted over 79 dollars for what is basically a glorified extension cord (used to warm the engine block of a diesel on super-cold mornings, before the driver cranks the truck). Advance Auto's price? $19.99! Great folks at the store in Carrollton, GA!

Called in asking about a part. We on hold for a long while, hung up out of frustration. They actually called me back when they got free. Never had that happen at a parts store before. Part was at the counter waiting when I arrived. Great service.

great service and helpful people, but if I had one complaint they couldn't get any part or even think about getting you anything without looking at the computer

Purchased my battery here, but it died. They tested it, found a crack in it and replaced it free of charge. Great customer service!

By far the best auto parts store around. They actually know how to work on cars instead of like other auto parts stores you need a light bulb for your car and they ask you what color the car is .lol.
