Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta Airport North/Virginia Avenue

From the moment I stepped into this establishment, I was met with nothing but warmth and professionalism, but it was Rosey who truly made my experience memorable. Her attention to detail, coupled with a genuinely caring attitude, sets a new standard for hospitality. Rosey went above and beyond, ensuring not only a comfortable stay but also demonstrating remarkable diligence in handling an item I left behind. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated and efficient in their role. A heartfelt thank you, Rosey, for making my stay not just pleasant, but truly exceptional. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, especially because of staff like Rosey who make it feel like a home away from home. Five stars well-deserved!

However, I was extremely disappointed with the breakfast quality. It fell short of the standard I expected and didn’t match the otherwise excellent experience.

The location is convenient (within a half hour of Truist Park and about 25 minutes from Stone Mountain). The suite was clean, spacious, and met all our needs. BUT THE BEST PART of the stay was the staff. Everyone working there was super friendly!!! The front desk, the chef, the laundry staff, and every other employee we encountered treated us like family. They all go out of their way to be kind. I travel often and I have never seen such welcoming and friendly employees at any hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was helped by Briana and can say that she ended my day on the perfect note. After 14 hours of driving cross country, she accommodated our family with so much consideration. She got us the first floor for ease, a crib for our toddler and just the sweetest attitude. The room is great and very spacious. The staff is 10/10. Would stay again.

I remember coming here as a kid fory birthday. Glad to see the quality of service and amenities hasn't changed. It's a great place to stay especially for celebrations or in a time of need. I love the mixer events they have during the week. The location is great. The only complaint I have is that they need to fix the ticket machine for entering and exiting the premises.

I have been living at this hotel for 9 months while on a work assignment. The staff is so friendly, rooms are so spacious, clean and recently updated. There's a 24 hour airport shuttle, free happy hour with food and drinks Mon, Tues, Wed. I've stayed at soooooo many hotels in this area for work and always come back to this one. Highly recommend!

As I expect from Marriott, the room was nice, clean and comfortable. My wife was attending a GAE conference nearby and she too was very pleased by the room and the excellent service at this Marriott. On future trips to this area we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel and extremely friendly staff! This is the best Residence Inn we have ever stayed in. The room is wonderful and the check-in process was a breeze. The lady who helped us was extremely polite and sociable. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Very clean and comfortable room. Slept better than my own bed! Breakfast every morning was wonderful. The kichenett was almost a full sized kitchen! Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Nice, comfortable, apartment style hotel rooms. Two bedrooms w/ TVs, living area w/ TV, two full private bathrooms, and fully stock kitchen. Pool was closed due to Corona, but BBQ area and basketball ball courts we still open. Decent prices for a little getaway.

I was a "tenant" for 3 weeks. Work related stay. The staff is amazing. Complimentary breakfast is hot and ready on time every morning. Hot coffee. Small fitness center. Laundry facilities. $2 per load and $2 to dry!!!! Pool was closed. No bar or food area after breakfast. They make up for it. You can use the Courtyard Marriott facilities! They have food events on the weeknights. Thank you for a great stay.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast has lots of healthy options. Rooms resemble apartments which is nice, especially for extended stays. Facilities also have a basketball court and pool. Convenient for Delta employees needing access for the corporate campus.

Okay, so being their guest of the day was an unexpected treat, but the outstanding service didn't end there. Our suite was so nice & clean, bed was comfie and the staff even brought us ice! Would definitely stay again.

Twice now ive stayed for 3 or more weeks...i have no complaints. The entire staff made me feel welcome at every turn. From the rooms to the breakfast to the customer service i cant say enough... Great place to stay

I stayed here Valentine's day weekend and I absolutely loved it. I had a one bedroom suite with separate living room and kitchen. Every room was very spacious and comfortable. I will most definitely be staying here again on my next trip!!!

The room was quite nice, with a decent kitchen and a comfortable bed. There were lots of outlets and USB ports for charging devices. The room was quiet and the staff was friendly.

Great place! Enjoyed my stay. Great staff. Housekeeper had a great personality. Took care of all my needs including my noise complaint that I had the first night. Second night no noise.

I loved their setup. I got a suite for the lady that was baking the cake for my sons' wedding. I put her up at this hotel and the rooms were very nice

Nice big rooms with kitchens. Standard fare for breakfast, orange juice was really good. Staff was very friendly. I'll be back again in 2 years.

I stayed here for business and it was great. Free shuttle to and from airport, free breakfast every morning (way better than the typical continental breakfast), social nights with drinks and apps free on Monday-Wednesday nights, and super friendly staff people!
