I always love a good hardware store. I was able to order online and pull up to have it placed inside my car for curbside pick up. I wasn't there 5 minutes before I was headed back home

Ritchie in appliances is awesome... if you need help with anything in the store... ask for Ritchie.

This store is very nice and staff are friendly! Great selection of items here also. They had the flopping fish here ! Hard to find them anywhere.

Very helpful staff always have what I need and always go above and beyond for the customer.

We were shopping for a rug for our family room. Our HD displays their rugs unrolled on a low flat display. Of course, the one we wanted was in the middle of the stack. The young man helping us was "Ethan" and he was great! He looked in a number of places to find one, but could not - so he had to roll each rug and remove it from the display to get to the one we wanted. He did it with grace even though it was a major task. He made us feel important and it was his pleasure and job to assist us. When he finally got our rug - he rolled and helped us place it on our cart. I asked if I could help him put the display back together, but he no sir, I'll get someone from the store to help! This young man, Ethan (did not get his last name), is an asset to your store location in Carrollton. We loved his attitude and his customer service was outstanding. PS - we love our new rug too!

A better than normal Home Depot, way better than any Lowe's. Store and aisles were clean and clearly marked with parts and item locations. They also have a good outdoor tools and plant section. Employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. Check out was fast and the self-check out went fast as well. Parking is normal. The pickup online store also is a great choice, did that a few times over the past month. The automatic lockers work great!!!!!!!

The staff at this location are AMAZING. My husband and I have been renovating so I’ve had to shop here pretty often and every time I go they make you feel so welcome. Every person who has assisted me with anything has been so kind. Hunter (who I believe is the customer service supervisor) is truly there to help make things as easy as possible for the customer. Mama Joan and Alice are total sweethearts as well. I would point out many others, but unfortunately don’t recall their names. Overall 10/10 :))

Love the Carrollton Home Depot. Always well stocked and staffed.

I had been having a hard time getting my lawnmower delivered but the manager at the Carrollton Home Depot went above and beyond to see I got my lawnmower. Thank you Michael!

I found alot of gloss spray paint colors that I constantly use on my custom painted artwork.Rust-Oleum 2x is my choice of spray paint.The glossy finishes are perfect.

Helped me find the bulb that I need for my light fixture above the kitchen sink. I had never seen one like it before. The lady was very helpful.

Our daughter fell in the parking lot and the employees were so attentive that a young man brought us in and helped us bandage up her knees and get her cleaned up. There were two young girls there talking to her and cheering her up as well. The weekend staff was amazing and so attentive and eager to help. My husband had an ENTIRELY different experience when he went back to return things on Sunday. But EVERY person who helped us that Friday and saturday was wonderful

Once again another trip to home depot. I love to just look at all the new products. I'm familiar with the store and find they have a decent selection. I'll be back there by the weeks end. Like I posted before the employees are all very nice and helpful. Wish it was a little closer or stayed open later but I don't have anything bad to say all my trips have been great.

This place is always nice to go to. Beautiful plants and flowers. Just need more people to help you in such a big store and I hate the self check outs!

Loree in paint is the sweetest most patience employee I’ve ever come across at Home Depot. She took her time to help me find the perfect stain color. If you ever visit and see her give her all the praise for being a HARDWORKER!!

Spencer was very helpful and knowledgeable about the electrical department. He worked with me for over half an hour to make sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely be coming back to the store. Absolutely Fantastic service!

Hot Water Heater is leaking. We had to replace. Knowledge and Patience are key with my husband who suffered a stroke 3 years ago. I am learning but thought we took all the pics we needed. After 2 hours of back and forth from home to Home Depot we were greeted everytime with a hello, a smile, and can I help you from all associates. Love our local Home Depot. And waiting patiently for the installation to be completed.
