5 stars to Kenyatt she was patient, caring, and professional in my time of distress. Inspite of having to handle rude customers I personally witness her having to endure at 2 am and she was working alone with abt 20 ppl in line she help me and saved my trip to Atlanta.

Very good experience. I rented a car from them for 11 days, right after Christmas. Paid about $250. So much cheaper than any rental company at the airport! On top of it they gave me a free upgrade. I would recommend this place to anyone!

My experience with this place was good. I would use their service again in future.
Pros: 1) Lowest bidder in hotwire. 2) Car was ok, not brand new but did the job. Car was ready 10 minutes after I arrived there. 3) Staff was friendly. 4) Only requires Georgia driver license and accept debit card
Cons: They closed after 3:00PM Friday. You cannot contact them via phone, the line are always busy.

Excellent customer service from Chris and Melissa at Thrifty, Atlanta Downtown. They were friendly and helpful and gave me a clear explanation of all the various insurance options without once pressuring me to purchase any insurance item. Very different from other car rental locations. They also gave me ideas for alternative tourist activities in case wet weather ruined my plans. Chris gave me tips on how to avoid expensive overnight parking and he even took me to the vehicle and explained all its features. Very helpful. A pleasant experience renting and returning.

I had a great experience with this company while in Atlanta. Chris was A-1. He was so courteous, honest, and professional. I had to make changes, and he was so flexible and worked it out flawlessly. He is truly an assesst to this company. If I am in Atlanta again I will definitely be renting my car from Thrifty at 221 Peachtree.

Great customer service. Truly thrifty. Good downtown location so no airport hassle. Clean compact. The $200 cash hold on Debit was manageable- a courtesy and a security measure realized for the Debit crowd. Wish I’d known sooner.

I had a fantastic experience at Thrifty Car Rental, Atlanta downtown. Chris and his family who run the rental were amazing! I faced some challenges with my rental but Chris was extremely patient and went out of his way to help me complete the rental. In my future trips to Atlanta, I will rent only from Chris!
