Great hotel overall for the price and the amenities. The rooms are a little small but they’re practical and quiet. The amenities are nice and get the job done. The gym isn’t amazing but it’s a gym and still allows you to workout on site.

The restaurant has good food overall. It lacks vegan and vegetarian options, but I realize it’s in the South. The restaurant service is also a little slow but the staff is nice.

The location is great and very walkable and the sky lounge access is also cool. Overall I’d recommend if you’re planning to spend most your time out and about. If you’re looking to mainly stay at the hotel, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

PERFECT location. Kind staff. I was blown away with this hotel. Craig our Valet was super helpful and kind. At check in, they offered us a complimentary cocktail. Our room was clean and beautiful. Breakfast was top notch and the rooftop bar was amazing. We had no issues during our stay. We will definitely be back!!!

Great hotel, historic building, wonderful details from the building's history and legacy. Very central in Downtown Atlanta

The only downside is the lobby and the dining area to be relatively small for this hotel.
Also, there were minor service hiccups, but the staff is great so they attended to them very fast.

I love everything about this hotel! I’ve stayed at plenty of luxury hotels and this one by far is my favorite in Atlanta. From the staff, the food, the location, to the cleanliness and decor. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights but added an extra night just because. The location was perfect, I was able to walk (7 minutes) to catch a Hawks game. The night manager and front desk agent Sebastian gave me an upgrade and made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. And the decor, OMG. The felt like the Queen of the jungle. Such a quality hotel.

SUPER STYLISH HOTEL INSIDE A 1920s NEOCLASSICAL REVIVAL BUILDING IN AN HISTORIC LOCATION

Designed by the George Fuller Company, who also created the Flatiron Building in New York, this beauty is a rare survivor and a standout in its setting.

They’ve lovingly created the interior to take full advantage of the building’s bones and it’s suitably grand. You’ll find 39 lions adorning the roof line and a couple inside the elevators as well.

I stayed for three nights and it was a joy to enter the gorgeous lobby, where I was always greeted charmingly by the staff, and head up to my comfortable corner suite for some downtime, especially in the lovely bathroom.

The lobby of the hotel housed a stylish bar and the rooftop has the Skylounge, which offers great views over the city and was cool enough to be a local hangout spot.

What an absolutely, amazing gorgeous hotel! It is now my go to hotel for Atlanta! From the friendly welcome of our valet, Sebastián, to the efficient and smiling front desk clerks, to meeting the manager, Mr. John Johnson, to Brenda, our helpful and fantastic lounge waitress, we were impressed from the very beginning!
Next, was the exquisite Glenn Hotel with its 1925 history and seeing the beautiful room kept us awed! Perusing the rooftop lounge was breathtaking and I made plans to make sure to visit there earlier to take in the beautiful night sights!
I am already looking forward to staying at the Glenn in July! The State Farm Arena is 2 blocks away! What convenience!

Beautiful hotel with eclectically designed rooms. Good breakfast. Exceptional staff! We had a very warm welcome from Mensad when we arrived late after missing our connecting flight and needed to stay over in Atlanta; Sebastien was also such a gent! He helped us with an issue we were having with our airline and when our Lyft arrived to bring us back to the airport, kindly brought our bags outside for us, which was much appreciated. Very impressed with the service at this hotel - would highly recommend!

I travel frequently, yet I don't always post a review. But in the case of stellar customer service and outstanding accommodations, I feel compelled to share my experience.
It all started with Noma at the front desk, she's the consummate professional and helped me several times during my stay. The management team, led by Vishal is hands on as they oversee a staff that seems to work in harmony. I lost my glasses, they were helpful, I had a box shipped to the hotel, they were helpful, and when I couldn't find my receipt, they emailed it to me in seconds. The locations was perfect - walking distance from the convention center and lots of other entertainment. Great restaurants nearby too. Be sure to have breakfast at the hotel! The chicken sausage and the potato's are best ever. I hope that my journeys allow me to return. Thanks to the entire staff for making this business trip a pleasure.

Stayed here while attending a concert in downtown Atlanta. All of the hotel staff were helpful and professional, but the one who help me out the most was Ms. Angelique who work front desk. The beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. I have stayed in a lot of nice hotels, but I've never stayed in one that had such unique decor that extended even into the rooms. The rooftop lounge has an amazing view. Will definitely return.

Everyone there was really friendly and helpful. The bar downstairs was a cool spot for an afternoon cocktail. The roof was really nice with great views. Rooms were clean and the decor was pretty cool too.
If you're in town for a game or a show at State Farm Arena, this place is the perfect location

I can’t give enough praise for The Glenn- Superb Team and accommodations! My visit was absolutely amazing from beginning to end-Many thanks to the many Team members that went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and welcoming.. Notable Stars are Mercedes, Aniyah, John Love, Sunny, Kadeen (sp?), Carolyn, Vishal and Thomas- also want to give high praise to the valet staff that were so kind and helpful even through the freezing elements! Truly one of the TOP hotel stays that I’ve ever experienced- and I’ve been to the best- with a “Yes is the attitude approach” This Team and Hotel set the gold standard- thank you everyone, I’ll see you next time!

I stayed at the Glenn Hotel on the night of July 18, 2023, I was in the Atlanta area for a business trip. John Johnson and his team are AMAZING! Angelique checked me in when I arrived. She was welcoming, had a warm smile on her face and was able to accommodate my high floor room request. Honestly all of the staff are great, when walking down the hallway, the staff always acknowledges you, asking are you enjoying your stay, or can they get you anything to make your stay more enjoyable. Truly great customer service. The hotel itself is a smaller boutique hotel but this allows for your stay to be more personalized. My room was clean and well decorated. I couldn't have asked for a better room. I will definitely be returning to this hotel the next time I am in the Atlanta area over night.

This is a hidden gem! The manager that checked us in was phenomenal! My pictures don’t do this hotel justice! Book a staycation and see for yourself!

First, we loved this hotel. Great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. We especially enjoyed the bartender, Brenda - one of the greatest personalities ever. A couple of items for feedback: they have a fruit fly problem in the bar (this happens, and they’re hard to get rid of, but it needs to be fixed). Second, the restaurant has great food, but the service on Sunday morning was painfully slow, and it wasn’t crowded. The servers were very kind and apologetic, but the manager needs to figure out what the problem is.

Great hotel with nice character. The room was on the small side but nice and clean. Skylounge was a vibe. Good drinks and a great view of downtown Atlanta. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the Glenn unexpectedly due to my flight from ATL being canceled. I made the reservation through the main Marriott reservation line after I asked for the closest available Marriott property with availability (at 2am!). I was so happy the Glenn had a room available. I was greeted warmly at 3am and offered the Penthouse suite without an extra charge. I almost cried with happiness. I stayed at the Glenn for 2 nights and was treated well throughout my stay. Each staff member was warm, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend the Glenn!

Staff made the check in process very easy and the hotel is really cool. Decor was fun and old buildings keep the rooms quiet. Enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend to friends.
