Do NOT work for this company! They do NOT support their staff and the Program Director will retaliate against you if you voice your concerns. Upper Management has their favorite picks and the rules don't apply to their "friends". The turnover rate has been RIDICULOUSLY high since CAFI took over the program. GREAT staff have walked away and the owner doesn't seem to care.
