Hertz Car Rental - Atlanta - Courtland HLE

Quick, straightforward car rental experience with Joel. He is patient and professional. I'll definitely return to this Hertz location due to the service.

The folks here are extremely courteous, professional, and respectful. They answer all questions. Ive rented from this location 6 or 7 times now and every experience has been excellent. Cars have always been clean and reliable. Once picked up a Tesla with 41 percent charge and they comped my first charge. They’re a great crew of people and I always look forward to renting from this location.

This review is for Hertz at the ATL airport. It was a great experience. Car Rental was very easy, just walked out to car. The BEST part was when we returned the car. Hertz had a courtesy car that took us back to our airport hotel. Our driver, Ebony, made the experience very pleasant. Hertz, please keep this service!! It was very cold the day we returned the car, so this made it so we didn't have to wait for shuttles or trains outside!

most people only leave reviews if they have a bad experience, but I had an amazing experience renting through Hertz. I scheduled my rental 4 days in advance and was serviced by a very friendly and knowledgeable employee. I didn’t get his name but he was a white male with a beard, great guy, he explained to me everything in detail and made it very smooth for me and didn’t try to force me to buy anything. The whole process took about 20 minutes great place would definitely come here again

Great service, greeted upon entering facility.
When I'm here, I can enjoy good customer service, efficient ordering and options. The attendant used the term 'friend' when completing contract which had a comforting element, as I hope to leave this great review up, after reading the many negative comments below. Deshawn, the gentleman with the braces and the one who also works in the front were professional. If there's a mistake, I have experienced they got he extra mile to solve any concern. I will revisit again.

This is a busy location. the team is under pressure at all times. i have watched them deal with difficult customers with poise and patience. after renting from here for 5 months in a row, I'd recommend them.

I drove a friend to get a rental car and stopped at the Hertz location. The attendant was quite friendly and patient. My friend presented the reservation number and the attendant went away for a few minutes. When she returned, the attendant told my friend that the reservation was for Avis.

A week ago, my mother had triple bypass surgery. I couldn’t take off until February 17. I went to Hertz
on Courtland Street; I arrived around noon; just my luck there were no cars. I’d like to really thank the
two representatives there (Brandon and Kendal). They took extra time, called around, until they found a
car. Not only, did they find a car, while I waited but they went and got the car also. In Atlanta,
sometimes good customer service is hard to find. But the guys at Hertz on Courtland, in my opinion
went the extra mile for me. And I can’t express how appreciative I am, having a sick parent is very
stressful, I’d like to thank Hertz for not adding to it, at this point, I’m not renting cars from anywhere
else. Thank you, Hertz, Brandon and Kendal. You don’t know how much this means to me and my family.

I wish I could give more stars ⭐ 😃. I was late for my rental car pickup cos my flight was delayed, and they were already closed then I arrived at 5:28pm, the manager and this other lady still help me out with my reservation. Thanks 🙏🏾 y’all

Just rented a vehicle over the weekend. Prices were $150 cheaper than the airport! Received a free upgrade and the car was in excellent condition and was perfect for my needs. Staff were excellent; truly no hassle pickup and drop off. Would definitely rent from here again.

Very helpful and friendly employees. The location I booked (midtown) was closed and they hooked me up. No cars were available at the moment I arrived but they had one there right quick and sent me on my way. Patience is a virtue. Be good to others and they will be good to you.

A competitor told me they couldnt even handle a one way ride. Called under a bit of duress trying to arrange a car to get back home for a family emergency and to avoid having to fly out of ATL at the last minute. Brandon had me a quote and a car in under 5 minutes.

Not really sure why the ratings for this location is so low. This is by far the best hertz location in the city. I had the pleasure of returning my rental to Kingsley whom despite being out of the drop off radius offered to take me back to my big truck(rig). Kenya another rental agent at the same location also very courteous.
Raise the ratings. Know that in life things dont always go the way that you'd hope that they would. I personally was having a had time renting a car because I opt to not use credit..however they came through for me.

This location is by far the best one yet. From the time you walk in the door until you walk out.( within 15 mins) They greet you with a SMILE, good conversation(s), and give you the best customer service that you could possibly get. I've visited SEVERAL locations that was very unorganized and not customer friendly, but at ATL Courland you'll feel welcomed and at ease when you're waiting on your vehicle. They go over and beyond for their customers no matter what the issue is. 5 stars 🌟.!! I frequent this location often, as well as my family and friends and we'll definitely continue to come here in the near future. They're ROCKSTARS in my book!!💥💢

Corrinna and Kenya were pretty fantastic. They were very professional and very efficient. These ladies were very friendly and helpful. They could tell I was having a rough day and made this whole rental experience a breeze and some of the stress off of me. These ladies are turning this location around in a good way

Hertz real estate should restructure the layout of parking lot. It's been ridiculously crampted for years.

It’s busy on Saturdays but the crew does great work. Kyema, Brandon, and the team goes out of their way to help their customers.
