Baymont by Wyndham Smyrna

It's a really good place to stay it's clean and very very pretty NO bedbugs or bugs. The pool was cold had no heater the best time to go would be in summer when its hot. The food was your normal breakfast with waffles, muffins, juice, milk, coffee, and cereal it was very good only thing about that is you should cook your waffles a little bit more than the time so its cooked better. There ice machine was a fighter you had to play around with it to get it to work but it does work you just have to mess around with it. The set-up was really pretty there and the staff were really nice, friendly, and helpful they made you feel very welcome. It was overall a very nice place to stay I would recommend it!!!

The service was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. I like how they had a different variety of breakfasts foods to choose from. The only thing I would change is the pool be heated. They have an indoor pool that doesn’t have the sun to warm it up at any point. So it’s very cold. Or other wise we had a very good time

I have stayed at literally hundreds of properties as I was in travel related sales for 25 years; I know the hospitality industry. The property and staff at this Baymont Inn conveyed a hospitable environment as it should be at every hotelier. Cleanliness, a hospitable staff (which at similar properties is unheard of) and a room with all the comforts needed for my two week stay was obvious upon my arrival. The facility, itself, is impeccable and the staff should be commended. As my travels routinely took me from coast to coast, and accommodations at 5 star hotels, the smallest things, like a smile, and a "welcome back", or "how was your stay?" are often the small differences in a 5 star property and the most economical hotelier.

As for some of the comments regarding management, it is important to note that Wyndham Hotels is a franchise business model, so the management, staff and yes, housekeeping very well may be performed by the same individuals; this is common. What differentiates the property is the care and attention to detail a franchisee places on the brilliance of the property and good ole customer service. What I have observed during my stay is great attention to cleanliness, upkeep of the property and grounds and a total sense of a welcoming stay, service as a priority and customer service that lacks at hotels in higher cost brackets. This hotelier deserves 5 stars in each of the categories graded, and past and future guests should recognize the pride this franchisee places on the experience. No, I have not witnessed a lack of housekeeping, duties or scheduling attention to each room. Because I am traveling with my Support canine, I pushed back on routine housekeeping for the first days of my stay, but the service was certainly readily available, so i discount previous comments to the contrary as I'm not sure we are commenting on the same property. Certainly, not the same experience.

I sing the praises of this property and it's staff as they exceeded my expectations.

The room was comfortable as well as the beds. The tv did not have a signal though, and the lobby smelt a bit like cigarette smoke (but not the room). The room was clean and the pool zone is very impressive. Breakfast was nice. They have waffles, muffins, coffee, bread, and cereal. No bugs. Well worth the cheap price.

This is an awesome location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is close to a lot of food places and transportation. The pool is always clean and the property is quiet. I love staying here 😊 definitely would recommend for a peaceful stay.

It was my daughter’s birthday and she wanted to go swimming. This was a great experience. They were very nice and the room was perfect. Highly recommended.

The staff was nice . It’s closed to a few things walking distance my room was cleaned af . I didn’t have no issue at all . The tub was clean . No bugs period . They really don’t get enough credit cuz it’s nice can’t believe everything you read online . I had to personally pull up see for my self 9/10 only thing is calling exactly at 11 don’t do that give us 10mins 😂😂😂😮‍💨

I've been staying at this Hotel since 2009 and l have never had a problem with Management nor staff and I'm very surprised to read & see the reviews that l see. Cause me personally have never had a problem with this. The Female Manager not saying her name is very nice to me and my People and the young lady she knows who she is when I come a sweetheart always nice an friendly sweet personality and helpful.

Everything was great! Nice front desk agents. Great breakfast. They’re patient and work with you during check out times. I would recommend to others.
