Not enough stars for the service I have received. Natasha Dawkins is the absolute sweetest and has been a godsend for my Pelvic Floor issues. I have felt so out of control with that part of my body for a while and I am finally confident and in control again. 10/10 recommend. And the front office staff , Emily and Randa, are the icing on the cake. Always good laughs while working hard. Ladies don't hold off on your pelvic floor, go see Natasha

Natasha is a great PT. She is very professional and concerned about what the patient needs. Always making sure you are getting what is needed for your visit. I had no idea what pelvic floor PT was. She has taught me so much about my own body. This group of people are a great to use for PT.

The staff at Benchmark are fabulous! Natasha, Doc and Tyler all genuinely care for their clients. They push you to get better but take extreme care to ensure you don’t go too far! I highly recommend them for any physical therapy needs you may have!

Even though Natasha only likes dogs, she is a magician for the pelvic floor. I was in pain for over a year and she fixed me in 7 visits! I have a new found freedom. She did regular check ins on my progress. I have also paid attention to the other patients she helps and she does not do a one size fits all approach but is invested in each of her patients journey. She truly tailors to what you need. She is a magician (just make sure you follow her instructions). If you need physical therapy go see her!

I saw Natasha for pelvic floor therapy and she is amazing at what she does. I 100% recommend her, and my issues improved tremendously in just a matter of weeks. I am thankful to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable pelvic floor therapist available in my area.

I was referred to Natasha by GYN for pelvic floor therapy. Over the past 2 months she has improved my pelvic pain as well as my hip and back pain. Natasha helped me with my pelvic floor dysfunction sooooo much! She was always so kind and understanding! Will definitely miss going to see her but I’m so much happier with my pain level now!

VERY friendly staff. Knows me by name every visit. My therapist Doc Padgett, addressed any issue that cropped up during my recovery from Total Knee Replacement. He helped me achieve more mobility than was expected and gave me suggestions for after my P.T. graduation. I recommend ALL my friends to use Benchmark and Doc in particular if possible. I love the professionalism and care I have gotten here in Carrollton.

I had tennis elbow for two years. I had surgery to repair it and after a few months, I was already starting to feel it come back. After just a little over 2 months with the Benchmark team, my elbow felt like a perfectly normal elbow again. I am able to play with my kids and do sports activities again. I cannot say a big enough thank you to the Benchmark team. Natasha, Doc, and the whole staff were amazing!! They were truly special to be around! You can tell that they care about the people coming through there.

Benchmark in Carrollton is a top notch organization! The care and support from everyone from Emily and Sarah at the front desk to Doc, Tyler and Natasha’s professional well designed therapy sessions. They helped me pre and post operation for my ACL surgery and they come highly recommended.
