Karen was extremely helpful. I posted my help request to find missing mails on the USPS website at 2am. She called my cell at 8am and solved my issue right away. I believe she must have investigated the whole thing even before post office opens for business at 8am. I would love to give her and USPS service team a 5 Star review grade. Great job Karen!

Never really encountered a significant delay/line when at this location. Counter personnel are always friendly and act with professional courtesy.

This is the place in town if you are looking for postal services. I'm talking mailing envelopes, boxes... you name it.

I really appreciate the staff and Mr. JOEY. Has been very helpful and wonderful to work with. Over 15 yrs. When I was returning back to Germany. He made sure that all my zip code,labeling was correct. It was a blessing to know that you could trust in him. Great job well done Mr.Joey takes pride in your mail. Thanks for all that you do for others.

I have visited so many different USPS offices, but this one is one of the best based on the service they provided. I had to mail a package. I was in an out within a few minutes! The lady was friendly and efficient. I don't mind coming back to this post office again.

I've always had a great experience here at my local post office. I don't know what a review will do, because if you need to go to the post office... then you need to go to the post office.

But I've received prompt service. Everyone there has been nice and helpful. I can't disagree with any negative reviews as I wasn't there, but they do surprise me because after a decade or more of going here I've yet to have a bad experience.

I called the Carrollton Post Office this morning (June 1) right as they opened and was greeted by a lovely woman who was kind, understanding, and an overall delight to speak with. I am not even from Carrollton, but had a hiccup with some Mail, but I would love to offer my 5 star feedback to this post office.

The negative reviewers simply don’t have any patience or understanding of the magnitude of our Mail system, it seems. :/

I don't understand the bad reviews! The service here is absolutely amazing. The staff is so sweet, I've never waited more than 2 minutes. Everyone is attentive and kind. I drive father to get to this USPS store because the service is that good.

I like the fact that this post office is conveniently close to my job where I can pull in,drop my outgoing mail in mailboc located on property & leave quickly.The grounds are always clean.
