Flawless app, excellent service, friendly employees! The first time I came here years ago, I made the mistake of walking in and trying to get walk in service. I waited forever before finally just leaving and deciding I'd never return. After seeing other hair places decline and hearing good things about great clips, I gave it a go. Wow, now I get it! Just download and use the app and everything just clicks seamlessly! Think everyone there has cut my hair before, even Caleb once 😉. Although everyone has there own unique style and personality, they're all great!

Lori cut both my grandkids' hair, and she did an awesome job she is the best. My grandkids love their hair cuts.

Just needed a trim!
I had not trimmed my hair in 2 years it needed help. I went in without high expectations but was pleasantly surprised as the gal was very attentive and ask a lot of questions on how exactly I wanted my hair cut. I explained that I hardly ever get a "good cut" because I have beach wavy hair. She listened to my concerns and expectations and I walked out super happy. My cut was really cute AND it made my natural beach waves look great because she took the weight off without taking the length. I'll be back hopefully the same girl will still be there I with I would have got her name but she had pink and black hair shoulder length.

We went to the Great Clips in McIntosh Plaza early this afternoon, and we had a fantastic experience!! My two-year-old was not happy about getting his hair cut, but the hairstylist Sarah still did an amazing job!! He was crying and not wanting to be still, but you can't even tell by looking at his hair. She was so kind and patient with him, and we couldn't have been more thankful for her taking her time and trying to make him feel comfortable. She also cut my husband's hair, and he looks amazing as well!! We will definitely be back, and hopefully she'll be there again!!

I had not had a haircut for a long time. Hannah gave me a great shorter cut. Easy to dry and style. She even went over layers a second time to make sure it was just right. She was very sweet and took her time.

I have a special needs daughter who is 43 years old going on 5. Caylee cut her hair exactly the way I wanted it. She was wonderful with my daughter and treated her with great kindness.

We walked right in and didn't have to wait. Our stylist listened to my daughter and cut her hair exactly how she wanted it. Salon was clean and everyone greeted us. We will definitely be back.

My stylist Sarah listened to everything I ask her to do. She basically cut my hair cut twice as I was really appranhensive about getting my hair length cut from mid back to just below the shoulders..... her patients is unbelievable. Thank you Sarah for taking time to cut the lengths I asked and not being like most stylists and just cutting like you want to. ..... The shop was very clean and there seem to be a lot of products available for all my hair needs. Clean, well stocked, short wait time and an EXCELLENT stylists .... Thanks Sarah.

I got a haircut from this salon and absolutely love it. I highly recommend miss Kelly to do your hair. She was amazing and friendly. She was very informative of what was going on and can do layers very well. Also make sure to bring cash so you can directly tip the stylists, something I forgot to do myself, because she did a lovely job and I wanted to tip her directly, but I forgot to bring cash. Thanks to the staff of great clips for being awesome and thanks Miss Kelly for making me feel beautiful.

This was my first time going and it was great. Did the online check in so I didn't have to wait. Ashley cut and styled my hair and it was just what I wanted. She was so nice and the salon was very clean. I normally spend a whole lot more somewhere else and didn't want to do that this time. I was very happy with my experience and will definitely go back.

I've been going to this Great Clips location since it opened up. The ladies are all super nice and give a good hair cut.

I go for the convenience and take whoever can cut my hair first so I've had at least a couple of dozen ladies cut my hair through the years. Everyone of them has given me a good cut and I always go back.

First time I ever let another person cut my hair. Normally only my grandma cut it because i always wanted my hair a certain way. And this woman who cut my hair nailed it. I will continue to come back and the price is excellent. And im in and out in 10 to 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place to anyone who have doubts about someone cutting your hair. Very satisfied.

Went there today for the first time. Jennifer cut both of my kids' hair. My 4 year old got a little bob and my 2 year old got a high and tight. She did a wonderful job. In and out very quickly. Will definitely be my go-to place for them

Clean and masks were worn. My stylist was very good and made me feel comfortable. The lady working that was pregnant was rude. She made several attempts to make my daughter stop eating candy which she got there! But didn't succeed. Dont give a kid cany if you dont want them to eat it!!!!!

Looked online was in Carrollton but it was backed up so I went to mirror lake walked in and got Avery nice haircut

Savanna is wonderful,did a fabulous job and I'll definitely be back.

Like any salon find a stylist you like and stick with them. Learn their names and schedules and always always always tip something to your stylist, they help you feel your best self after all.

Went in @ 6:10 on Jan 18th, had a great experience and a great haircut, I didn't get the young ladies name, but she did an excellent job... AAA+++
