Twelve Downtown, Autograph Collection

I’ve been coming to The Twelve since they opened in Atlanta. Everything is great still. However it is time for a little makeover. They were once the standard and now the decor is a behind for the pricing. Still an amazing location to stay in. I love the balconies and the views that come with it. Service was great no complaints there. We enjoyed our stay.

I loved my experience at this hotel! The rooms are very nice and well kept. The food and drinks were amazing too! Most notably, the service was great. Everyone was very accommodating but Dion went the extra mile! He was very attentive to all our request and provided amazing recommendations for things todo around the city. Dion made us feel like VIP guest. I recommend this hotel and working with him for anything you may need during your stay!

Beautiful location! Perfect for a family. Our room had a balcony and the views are unmatched! Fully stocked kitchen was also a plus for us! They also have a community area open to guests including activities for the children. This property is definitely worth checking out!

First time staying at this hotel and our first experience was checking in with Mia. She was incredibly helpful and informative and made the check in process nice and simple. Our room was incredible and very clean and Mia made sure we had the view of the city we were hoping for. 6 out of 5 stars for Mia and the property.

If you are looking to book this hotel - JUST DO IT!! The location is perfect, the rooms are clean, the service is great and the hotel smells absolutely amazing all throughout! The hotel manager even met me in my room upon check-in and brought gifts to help wish me happy birthday! I will definitely book this hotel again when visiting Atlanta!

Before we even arrived, I had questions and contacted the front desk. Mia and the other front desk staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions!
Then, when we arrived “T” with valet was very courteous and immediately assisted us with our luggage. Shanita at the front desk was very welcoming and even though we arrived a little earlier, she was very accommodating and checked us in to a room without hesitation.
Once we got to our room there were a few things that I needed (extra towels, and coffee) to request so I called the front desk. Mia answered the phone and was so very polite and accommodating! She had housekeeping send up the items I needed and they arrived within a few minutes.
After getting settled, we noticed that the icemaker was not working. I once again called down to the front desk. Thinking that I was being a pain in the butt, Shanita answered the phone with professionalism and apologized and said that she would have maintenance come up immediately and address the issue.
Rudy from maintenance came up and was willing to change out refrigerators. However, we insisted that was not necessary. Rudy then said that he would bring ice to us twice a day for our duration of our stay. He indeed did and always greeted us with a smile on his face.
From the beginning of our stay, to the very end, everyone on the staff was very helpful, professional, kind, and personable.
Cannot wait to come back and stay at this hotel again!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was so nice when I arrived and my room was not ready. Provided me a water and free item from the snack area. Changed the TV to a game I was interested in watching.
The room was immaculate and the balcony was an unexpected bonus on a beautiful weekend.
And…the toilet has a soft close lid!!!

I want to give a shout out and make sure that Dion is recognized for his stellar service. My husband and I came up to Atlanta from Florida for a short 3 day mini vacation. He made our stay seamless from phone calls to check in and made this such a great experience. I actually work in Ponte Vedra at a AAA 5 diamond resort and if there was a 6 rating, he would be that. Thanks so much Twelve hotel in Atlanta. Your work family makes it and Dion is the perfect example of the face and future of this hotel. Thank you again! We will be back! -Brandie and Mark

The rooms are amazing. Some even have full kitchens. And the location is close to alot of restaurants and lounges.

I’m glad that I chose Twelve. The bar/ restaurant staff were extremely welcoming and when my wife’s plans went south, the front desk staff went above and beyond to rescue our otherwise ruined plans. Thanks Dion! See you next time I’m around Twelve.

This hotel was very spacious with a full kitchen, pull out couch in the living room. The valet service was excellent, convenient. The housekeeping was immaculate. The front desk staff acknowledged us every time we entered the building and offered assistance, recommendations. We were able to walk to different restaurants since the hotel is downtown in the middle of all the happenings!! We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning.

I love this hotel! From the valet parking to the front desk staff, room service!! Everything was amazing!! I did a birthday surprise and they accommodated me very well. The view from our room and living space through the class windows or from the balcony was breathtaking. They had a restaurant onsite as well the food was always made to order fresh and delicious.
The room was spacious and clean and the staff is always ready to accommodate your needs. I will go back. Thank you twelve for an amazing weekend!!!

Love our one bedroom suite with city view and lots of rooftop pool views in the area. Very Professional and friendly staff and valet.

Loved the balcony view here. Room was well maintained. I felt pretty safe here, would stay again when visiting ATL. The pool is on the 7th floor and it was nice to just sit and watch the sunset. Valet service only btw.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful, the room service for the local restaurant was friendly with good tasting options at all times of the day. Located close to the express way, so it was easy to get in from the airport. Down the road for a short walk to the aquarium and World of Coke!

Rooms were spacious and clean, absolutely worthy of 4 stars. Will definitely look to stay here again if I'm in Atlanta sometime soon again!

Customer service was to notch with Ms. Monique! The 2 bedroom suite I reserved was so spacious and clean. We had a great view of the pool and city skyline. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative note was the lack of customer service from the valet. The gentleman were quite unhelpful with alerting us to spots for guest parking. They keep trying to push the valley service and then got very "cold-shouldered" when denied. Several of our guests that night dusted the same issues.

The room was clean and spacious with a nice view and a full kitchen.

We had to stay here for a night and it was a great experience. The room is super spacious and comes complete with anything you need to make your stay comfortable (even for just a night).
The Lobby desk was super helpful when we came in and very friendly. Would definitely come back for a longer stay.
