Fulton Cotton Mill Lofts

Fulton Cotton Mill Lofts is an awesome place to stay. The location is perfect; literally 10-15 minutes from your favorite places. The pool in the summer is a complete vibe. I really enjoy being able to walk downstairs and across the street to enjoy the restaurants and tavern on Carol Street in Cabbagetown. It conveniently sits on the beltline which is perfect for my daily runs.

Mel and Shanie in the leasing office are awesome. They are always friendly and helpful with any request, large or small. The upgraded amenities are amazing. The maintenance team is very responsive. Both maintenance agents are great. Fred has been awesome, very helpful and always with a smile.

Had a rocky start to my move in as I was wanting an upgraded unit. I also had some maintenance issues throughout the first couple weeks of move in. However, Shanie has gone above in beyond to get me a unit I’m extremely happy with, she was in constant communication with me throughout the whole process. Also wanted to give many kudos to Freddy, in maintenance, who’s so prompt with requests and overall a friendly face to the complex. The complex is in a great location, has beautiful historic features, and feels very safe to live in.

I have been living here for a few months now and it is great! At first, there were some issues with the doors not working, having a hard time getting things fixed, etc. However, ever since late June when they brought Freddie Walker onto the team, maintenance requests have been fixed so quickly! Mr. Freddie does a GREAT JOB. He is always quick whenever I put a maintenance request in, and he is just a great person to talk to. He is always so kind and friendly, and goes out of his way to say hello to people! He has made my time living at the cotton mill so much better, and a lot less stressful. With all of the old pipes in this building and old structure, leaks are bound to happen. Mr. Freddie quickly comes and fixes the issues and does so with great care. He is a great addition to the team and has made my time here all the much better!

I toured with Shanie. It was a very pleasant experience. Property has a lot of charm. I would recommend checking it out if you are apartment hunting in the area.

Really appreciate the new upgrades, shows that they’re really trying to make the property better. Shout out to Mel, Shanie, Sherm & Fred for all the hard work you do and excellent customer service you provide!

The maintenance team did great. They resolved my issue quickly and helped with additional issues without having to be asked. My pets were left undisturbed and I received a summary of their visit. I appreciate their help!

Drove into Atlanta to meet some friends here for dinner great location and really unique building

I went yesterday for a tour and Shanie Grayson was AAAMAZING! She was knowledgeable, accommodating, and kind! She made sure I got to see multiple loft floor plans (most complexes show you 1 and done). I appreciated the extra effort and care! I was able to speak to a current tenant and he raved about how much he loved living there and had just put in a bid to BUY! I’m excited about becoming a future resident. Thank you Shanie!!! #GOAT #bestfirstimpression

Gorgeous architecture, very friendly neighborhood. Safe and fairly quiet for the area. Secure gate access only for residents, guests must have a resident's correct name and unit number to gain entry by vehicle, must have access code to enter on foot. It's really amazing to see this cotton mill converted into lofts! Each loft has it's own unique nuances and endless decorating opportunities.

A detailed review of my 2 year stay!

Synopsis: Great Location, Safe, Rooftop Views, Great place to call home.

Parking: Good luck - after 6pm (When everyone gets home) you’re lucky to find a spot close to the building, on weekends it gets even worse!! The parking spots are a tad close together and don’t be surprised if you come out to a couple of dings on your car. If there are any major events in Atlanta they block off the lot to only residents and no guest may enter (a pain but understandable)

Security: Honestly i was surprised they actually had people in the guard box at all times but gives you a good sense of security and trust me they do not open the gates for anyone !! Overall they do their rounds in the parking lot and inside the building.

The Building: With it being an old factory and concrete floors you HEAR EVERYTHING! Lol you will know everything that’s going on in your neighborhoods unit Left,Right,Up,Down from dropping a pen to sneezing it was kind of weird at first but you get use to it. Inside your unit you’ll hear people in the halls but nothing too serious, there are 6 Buildings 3 are for renters and 3 for homeowners .. the home owners don’t like the rents lmao just throwing that out there.

Atmosphere: Young professional & College Students (That can afford it) A few older people but not many. Cool vibes , Big Pool, Small Gym, Good laundry area.

Overall I LOVED IT HERE!! Stayed for last 2 years of undergrad and then got a job out of state if that wasn’t the case I would have stayed!

Fulton Cottonmill Lofts are absolutely AMAZING. I loved my time there. They are extremely reasonable, generous, and have an equitable and helpful staff, unlike many other establishments.
You can count on Angel, Mel, and Anita, to help with any issues you may have and make you feel right at home. Look, it's an older establishment. Things will be down from time to time. That stinks! ...BUT Kim and the Maintenance Staff are also EXTREMELY generous and helpful. You can count on any issue being resolved w/in 24 hours, OR LESS!
I've even had the luxury of working with Josh at TriBridge, the owership group. They truly are helpful and accommodating. I've thoroughly enjoyed my 2.5 years at Fulton Cottonmill Loft :).

I've lived here for two months now and love it. Location is great. Residents are nice and staff (Monique especially) is great. Some noise does travel between units but it's a loft and I'd expect this. Well managed, secure, and unique place to live in a great area. Daniel

Alicia in the leasing office is an absolute delight. She has been so helpful during the leasing process, and sat down with me to review all options. Her knowledge and professionalism are of the highest caliber.

The security guard Mr. George in the booth was very nice and helpful. I was actually at the wrong place but he was so kind and helpful and took time to call the office to help me find out the right address and lead me straight to the right place. He really needs to be recognized for a job well done.

Such a cool vibe at night, several places to sit-down and hang out

Went to the Stacks Loft and Artist Tour a few weeks ago. I was able to view a few lofts and they were beautiful! The history behind the Stacks is also very interesting. Go check them out!

No units are available currently but was able to speak with a leasing agent who added me to their waitlist and answered questions that I had!

I absolutely love living at this place. I'm always amazed at how the management team, with all of their responsibilities, manages to keep this place running smoothly, clean and well-maintained.

Such a beautiful apartment complex, and it is conveniently located within a walking distance from the Martin Luther King Jr’s tomb and minutes from The Atlanta BeltLine.
